This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with administrative and/or fundraising experience to support our busy and successful Development team, which raises philanthropic support from individuals, trusts, foundations and companies, in support of Kew’s work in the UK and across the world.
As Development Assistant, you will provide administrative support for the Director of Development and senior Development team and team meetings; assist the Development team with fundraising activities and visits; as well as developing and implementing administrative processes and projects to improve the smooth running of the department.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Direct Marketing and Fundraising Officer to join our Public Fundraising team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of our fundraising activities, particularly during appeals, where your coordination skills will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
Appeal Coordination:
- Assist the Direct Marketing Manager - Acquisition in keeping member agency fundraising directors and key suppliers up to date in the run-up to and during appeals.
- Update the fundraising and marketing team budget tracker, ensuring accurate financial tracking throughout the appeal process.
- Support the setup and management of Appeal Toolkits and Appeal Hubs, providing essential assets to staff, member agencies, and suppliers.

Outdoor and Sustainability Education Specialists (OASES) are looking to recruit an Administration Officer, for a 30 hours per week post, working with the OASES team.

The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the OASES office, administration and equipment.
The successful candidate will be organised and proactive and will work well with the OASES team. They will have good ICT skills, specifically to help maintain OASES promotion, including website, social media and email accounts/mailouts. They will help the OASES team to get out, maintain and put away equipment and create/print/laminate and cut out resources.
The ideal candidate will provide excellent front of house service and will be friendly and welcoming to visitors and callers.
Enhanced DBS disclosure will be required.

As Business Administrator within the PCR Team, the role will provide office support, answering telephone calls, emails, handling correspondence and maintaining records. Facilities and office administration
· Lead on all first aid and fire compliance duties

· liaising with external stakeholders, including the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges
2. To support the development and delivery of a system of appraisal and revalidation for public health specialists from backgrounds other than medicine.
3. To administer the Faculty’s annual programme of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activity including:
· monitoring and delivering the annual programme
· maintaining and updating the CPD database
· processing annual CPD returns
· arranging annual training of CPD advisers
· supporting members in using the online CPD Diary
4. To administer the CPD annual review process including analysis of the review for the CPD Director.

Job Purpose
This is a hands-on role, the purpose of which is to work with the staff to ensure that the Volunteer Action (VA) services are fully operational and delivering customer service excellence.
To co-ordinate and develop the volunteering programme to meet the demands of the services provided by VA to meet the Charity’s aims.
To support the development and management of all external communications, marketing and fundraising activities.
