At TreeHouse School, we're looking for a SEND Officer to join our team.
You'll lead the scheduling and coordination of the statutory annual review process and be responsible for planning, organising, minuting and drafting all annual review paperwork. You'll support the effective provision of the school office administration by having regulatory knowledge to meet the needs of TreeHouse School and work closely with the reception team where required to support a variety of stakeholders.
You'll liaise closely with the school based Transdisciplinary Team staff, including class teachers, OT, SaLT, PBS specialists as well as outside agencies. You'll manage and organise pupil appointments, including informing parents/carers. You'll manage diaries/Outlook calendars, make appointments, book meetings and training rooms, whilst also being responsible for meeting minutes and note taking.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Formal administrative/reception qualification or equivalent experience
- Excellent working knowledge of SEND code of practice and Annual review process
- Experience of working within a similar SEND organisation/school/charity environment
- Experience of using own initiative to plan, organise and manage own workload

We are hiring a part time Sanctuary Support worker to work in our crisis cafes. We have availability within Barnet and Enfield sites. The service is open 4.30-10pm Monday – Friday and 12.00 – 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday - 7 days a week
The Sanctuary (Crisis Café) is a service for all residents experiencing emotional distress, and at risk of developing crisis. The café is open 4.30pm – 10.00pm Mon-Fri, 12-6pm Sat & Sun. We provide helpling support, initial support meetings to immediately manage with the clients the distress they are in. We then coproduce support plans with clients and offer 121’s,support groups and workshops as well as a social and supportive place to be.

Bank Support Workers have the ability to accept any shifts available on an ad-hoc basis across from all of Look Ahead's specialisms including Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Homelessness and Young People. Bank Support Workers will provide support to customers to help them develop the life skills they require to meet the assessed needs of the customers of the service. They will work with customers to promote social inclusion and alongside other members of the team to promote independent living, encouraging customers to maximise their skills and choices. Within Learning Disability services, this will include providing physical, domestic, emotional and social care. Within Mental Health and Homelessness services they will enable vulnerable people living in a variety of different tenures to manage their tenancies/ licences and move towards greater independence within the community by providing a flexible and individually tailored support package. While carrying out activities, Bank Support Workers should deal with all customers, visitors and staff in a professional and appropriate manner and report to Look Ahead staff and management any observations relating to customers' welfare.

Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
The Family Team Lead will assist the Family Service Manager in overseeing the operational running and leadership and management of our Family Team at our centre in Eastcote.
The Family Team Lead will be responsible for the line management of some of our Family Support Workers, as well as the direct delivery of services, including being the lead facilitator on some of our parenting courses. As such, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure everyone who seeks support from us has the best possible experience. There is no requirement for any experience of, or understanding of, autism / ADHD, as we will provide training on the conditions. Line Management
· Organise and lead regular meetings for team members, including case management and monthly performance review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
