As our lead finance-focused staff member, they will undertake a lot of hands-on work, but will also take part in high-level shared decision making and financial planning. The Role
You’ll be part of our Financial Inclusion team, looking holistically at customers and their household circumstances and finding innovative ways to support them to make sustained changes. You’ll be working with partners, building new relationships both internally and externally, with an overall aim to aid our customers to become financially resilient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and enhancing financial inclusion initiatives, with a primary focus on energy-related projects
- Collaborating with customer support teams to ensure impactful delivery of financial inclusion offers
- Supporting operational activities of Financial Inclusion programs across SNG communities
- Working closely with the Financial and Digital Inclusion Manager to identify new delivery partners and continue to develop financial inclusion offers for sustained positive customer impact
- Reporting and analysing on program impacts to evaluate value for money and guide future planning

Previous experience in a similar role, with an understanding of financial inclusion challenges and its impacts would be beneficial but isn’t essential. You will need:

Content, channels and events
- Produce well-written engaging copy, distilling complex technical material into easily digestible articles, blogs and other content pieces for a range of audiences

We are looking for an Airdesk Operations Coordinator as we expand our Airdesk Team at The Children’s Air Ambulance (TCAA). This exciting role is essential to TCAA, being the first point of contact when our specialist NHS teams task our helicopters!
Reporting to the Airdesk Team Leader, you will primarily be based at Coventry Airport, with occasional travel to other operational sites. This is a full time role (average of 40 hours per week) with the service operating 7 days a week, 365 days per year, working on a rota covering up until 2am. The role attracts an initial salary of £25,750-£27,810.
The Airdesk Operations Coordinator will be responsible for the effective tasking and dispatching of our aircraft when a request for service is received. The Airdesk Operations Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our NHS Clinical Partner Teams and responsible for managing all aspects of a mission from initial request through to mission completion, making the abilities of being able to work under pressure and multitasking essential requirements of the role. You must possess a high attention to detail and level of accuracy along with having a positive and motivational outlook.
Alongside providing outstanding service to our patients, NHS Clinical Partner Teams (CPT) and flight crews you will be required to provide other administrative support to the Airdesk Team Leader and Head of Operations.
This position would be ideal for those who have previously or currently working in an Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) or a Control Room (ie Ambulance, Police, Fire, etc) .

The International Co-ordinator supports the effective delivery of Wales Arts International’s activities, its projects and services. As Complex Needs Community Keyworker you will provide one-to-one support to women on Probation living in the community, and women being released from Prison as part of their Post Sentence Supervision. You’ll provide focused support in identifying their needs and empowering them to access appropriate services in the community. You will also provide some in-reach and ‘Through the Gate’ support prior to women being released from prison.
You will manage a caseload of women with complex needs who are facing housing issues and provide them with advice, guidance and support that helps them connect with other support services in the community that can assist them to overcome barriers when securing safe and appropriate housing.
The role involves a significant amount of data recording and updating case management systems so you need to be prepared to spend a minimum of 35% of your working hours on this aspect and will need to manage your time effectively to meet the data management requirements. This is also a predominantly independent role, so you will need to be confident to make decisions and able to manage your own workload.
You will be employed by One Small Thing but will be part of a wider team of Community Keyworkers employed by our partner Advance. You will also have a desk space at Hope Street, Southampton, to facilitate close working with the rest of the Hope Street team.
You will be required to participate in training and team building events with the wider One Small Thing team as well as the Advance team, in Hampshire.

Respect is seeking a Fundraising Manager to develop and deliver a fundraising strategy in-line with Respect’s five-year strategy, Stopping the Harm. This is a new role, which will be positioned within the Influence team, with some administrative support from the Operations team.

The role
The Supporter Analysis Lead will be instrumental in providing analysis into supporter engagement across all of Scope’s audiences, to help shape our supporter journeys, supporter marketing communications, fundraising activities, and the overall audience engagement strategy.
You will be:
- Responsible for running analysis across a range of datasets
- Developing regular and ad hoc reports that monitor fundraising efficacy
- Working closely with the Data team to build and maintain dashboards
- Detailing supporter crossover, engagements, and lifecycle, and using segmentation to shape data selections and propensity modelling.
- Reporting into the Head of Supporter Experience, you will play a vital role in driving strategic decisions for fundraising and audience engagement programmes and increasing supporter loyalty at Scope.

About you
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone who has:
- A positive, solution-focused outlook, with a proven track record of delivering analysis and actionable insights that help inform strategic decision-making.
- Extensive experience in producing complex data selections, and clear and informative data visualisations, dashboards, and reports.
- Comprehensive knowledge of database functionality, preferably Microsoft Dynamics, and a solid understanding of using statistical techniques and tools to deliver in-depth analyses.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your attention to detail, and enjoy building, developing, and managing positive relationships with a range of different colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in a fundraising or marketing environment
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with different audiences
- Demonstrable knowledge of the charity sector, fundraising, and data protection regulations.

Yeldall Manor is a Christian recovery centre for men wanting to overcome their addiction problems. We have created this new part-time position to provide consistent and professional HR support to the organisation, bringing together various roles currently undertaken by a few different staff members.
The role will suit someone who can work under their own initiative (after training in our charity practices), experienced in overseeing the employee journey from recruitment and retention to departure. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries, and ensure that the charity is compliant with all relevant legislation. This will involve dealing with all employment matters, building robust policies & procedures, and implementation across the organisation. You would also be responsible for preparing the staff rota and all related administration. As a small charity (c. 35 staff including part-time and casual workers), the role will require balancing practical and administrative tasks with management responsibilities. We anticipate that you'll be based in the office for at least two days out of the three days/24 hours worked per week. This is in a lovely rural setting near Twyford (Reading) and, being situated within the rehabilitation centre, you will have daily contact with those men whom you are ultimately helping. They inspire and motivate us just as much as we seek to encourage and support them.

Mind BLMK works across our communities to support positive mental health and wellbeing. Working closely with a range of partners, we offer a number of activities from our wellbeing centres and local venues to make a difference to the mental health and wellbeing of people in Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes, and our aim is to make sure that no-one has to face a mental health problem alone.
The post holder will be working within our fast-growing organisation and become part of a team of people whose objective is to support the mental health and wellbeing of our communities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out and oversee general admin duties in line with Mind BLMK’s policies, procedures, and processes (support Exec roles; housekeeping at HQ to include tidying up and ensuring that HQ is a suitable working environment for staff; meeting and greeting; referrals; post; email and telephone enquiries; room bookings and meeting arrangements; ordering and monitoring of supplies, stationery, and equipment).
- Oversee the carrying out of routine health and safety responsibilities for HQ premises in line with Mind BLMK’s H&S policies, procedures, and guidance (First Aid, Fire Marshal, monthly visual checks, risk assessments). Support the Quality Manager to promote a positive health and safety culture and environmental best practice.
- Deal with and oversee the answering a wide variety of calls and enquiries from the general public, operational staff, and managers, responding, and taking action as appropriate (directing callers to relevant services/individuals, taking messages; relaying information accurately and on time; offer appropriate information; deal effectively with enquiries from individuals in crisis and escalate potential Safeguarding issues to the Safeguarding Lead), executing actions and decisions that result from contact with service users as necessary as guided by management and colleagues in line with Mind BLMK procedures and guidance.
- Maintain an effective workforce for administrative department at HQ in line with Mind BLMK’s HR policies, procedures, and guidance (recruitment, line management, workload planning, support, and development of administrator role).
- Carry out specific duties to support the effective use of Volunteer hours at HQ (supporting, coordinating, and planning volunteer cover when required).
- Provide administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist in carrying out routine IT and telecoms tasks.
- Assist with tasks to ensure data protection compliance.
- Support the Quality Manager to champion a culture that fits with the organisation’s strategy, vision, values and behaviours.
- Support the Quality Manager on audits of processes and systems.
- Provide general support to the Executive including but not limited to attending meetings, taking notes, and managing documents for the meetings.
