The Activities and Events Administrator plays a vital role at Blesma, contributing to a small, dynamic team that delivers an engaging program of sporting and social activities to support Members' rehabilitation and well-being. This role will work alongside the Head of Activities on the Fulfilling Pathways programme, funded by the Armed Forces Compensation Scheme, to provide therapeutic activities. Key duties:

Programme Coordination: Serve as the primary contact for the Fulfilling Pathways programme, assist members, and introduce new members to the activities programme.

Communication and Engagement: Encourage member participation through social media, newsletters, and other communications, and compile information for activity leaders.

As Finance and Administration Assistant, you will be a key member of the Finance function within a growing charity along with providing vital administrative support to the CEO in order to ensure The Saviour Trust can achieve it's mission.

Key Tasks:
- Accurately manage petty cash and balance it to ensure clear record keeping
- Accurately input financial information onto Sage in order to enable clear financial reporting
- Assist in the accurate and timely production of monthly financial accounts
- Assist in the production of a monthly finance report for presentation at monthly board meetings
- Effectively reconcile accounts and bank statements resolving any issues effectively and efficiently

Overall Purpose

Working full-time at our Warrington office, you will support our Retail Support Senior Co-ordinator in the swift response to both internal and external stakeholders, both over the phone and via email, while fostering positive relationships with shops, volunteers and external contacts.
With an average of around 4,000 retail volunteers supporting our shops and over £2 million generated annually through Gift Aid, you will take responsibility for any administrative duties through our new online volunteer application platform as well as ensuring the accurate compliance and administration of Gift Aid across Age UK's retail estate; experience and knowledge of Gift Aid is therefore fundamental to the role.
