As our Trusts and Foundations Manager you will support the development and stewardship of fundraising from trusts and foundations, including corporate and major-donor trusts, so that we can secure the resources and build the partnerships we need to fulfil these aims and deliver our mission. We are seeking a candidate who will champion the transformative impact of Essential Skills on young people from under-represented background and the need to move funding and focus to them, bringing funding partners together behind this shared mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage our relationships with existing and past funders, through engaging and high-integrity stewardship and communications

Track trust and foundation developments to identify new fundraising opportunities from independent trusts and foundations, including those associated with major donors and businesses.

Identify new prospects and build a strong pipeline of potential funders through desk research, social media, events, network mapping and building personal networks

Develop strong case of support, using impact data and case studies alongside external evaluations to communicate Envisions works

Lead on writing trust and foundation applications that support our three-year plan, focussing on applications valued between 4 and 6 digits.

Manage the reporting and feedback requirements of our trust and foundation portfolio.
Essential Experience, Knowledge and Competencies:

About the Role
As an integral member of the delivery team, you will have lead responsibility for the Senior Club offer to 13-19 year olds (up to 25 for those with additional needs). You will create a high-quality, creative and fun environment, which focuses on the needs of young people and is in line with the Youth Zone’s aspirations to provide young people with the best possible experiences and opportunities.
You will have a passion to put young people first and be responsible for the continuous improvement of the delivery and input towards the strategic delivery plan for the Youth Zone. This is a fun, exciting and challenging role in a growing and ambitious charity where with up to 200 young people attending a session no two days will ever be the same.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensure there is an exciting range of activities on offer for young people aged 13+, 5 nights a week
- Lead on the development, implementation and review of the of the Senior Club offer
- Lead the delivery team on sessions
- Lead, manage, induct, train, support and develop a team of full and part time youth workers and volunteers and work with the Volunteer Recruitment and Training Manager to support CPD and opportunities for accredited and recorded learning
- Motivate, encourage and support young people to participate fully in sessions
- Manage the Senior Club budget and other resources effectively to maximise the benefits to young people
- Support the Youth Zone promotional and outreach plan working in the community both with partners and directly with young people
- Work with the Youth Zone staff to identify opportunities and funding for additional opportunities and experiences for young people
- Develop effective joint working with schools and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach in service delivery to young people including representing the Youth Zone at meetings with partner agencies
- Take responsibility for the close down and opening up of the Youth Zone as required
- Support across the whole Youth Zone offer as required which takes place every evening, weekend and during school holidays and will occasionally include residential work
About You
As Senior Club Manager, you will have experience of working with young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings. An excellent communicator, you will have the skills to deliver activity programmes to a wide range of young people whilst motivating and engaging staff, volunteers and young people through sessional work.
You will also have experience of:
- Working with young people aged 13 to 19 (up to 25 for those with additional needs) in a range of settings
- Engaging vulnerable, disengaged, or hard to reach young people

A liitle bit about the role
The Delivery Officer coordinates meetings, events and training on behalf of the region. This includes sourcing of venues, coordinating and tracking attendance of participants, liaising with other teams to ensure the smooth running of events and where necessary, note-taking in meetings and acting as a point of contact for the team, participants and Consultant Social Workers.
This role has a high level of autonomy and the potential for significant skills development. The Delivery Officer is crucial in supporting the work of the wider team by supporting colleagues to ensure the efficient use of resources and scheduling that achieves the smooth delivery of the Approach Social Work Programme across the regional hubs.
The role requires someone who is skilled at building positive relationships with people in addition to being highly organised with the ability to manage multiple areas of work and use initiative to resolve issues. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is also essential.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and organise meetings and bookings as required, including collating agendas, and taking notes as required.
- Help design, plan, budget and manage regional (and sometimes national) events, both online and in-person.
- Manage the procurement process for Teaching Day venues.
- Generate analytics and reports and present updates at relevant meetings.

This role will suit an experienced administrator who enjoys working autonomously and organising events to a high standard. The panel will be looking for candidates to demonstrate strong time management, organisation and relationship-building skills.

Therapist - Children’s Home & Community Settings

A typical working day will include up to 4 x 1:1 therapy sessions, attending key meetings with the network, and internal meetings around care and safety planning. Working hours are 11.30am to 7.30pm to best serve the needs of the children and young people who are at home or returning home from school/college.

About the Role:
You may be a qualified IDVA or a Domestic Abuse Outreach Worker wanting to work alongside professionals in a multi-agency environment, although we will consider applicants from other fields providing you are able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and understanding of both domestic and sexual violence.
This role involves both face to face and virtual support in a hybrid model of working. There is an expectation that you will do a mixture of working from home, our office in Old Street.
As a Independent Domestic Violence Advocate you will:
- Implement effective ways of working with victims and those supporting them to increase safety and reduce harm.
- Provide a high-quality, front-line service to victims of domestic and sexual abuse, delivering a premium service prioritised according to risk, primarily focusing on victim/survivors aged 16+

- Have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the confidence to be able to influence the way in which this service is delivered are key.
You will need:
- Have a knowledge of help-seeking barriers and support needs of victims of domestic and sexual abuse (in heterosexual or same-sex relationships).
- Have a good understanding of domestic and sexual abuse including the impact of abuse on victims and their children.
- Understand the principles of risk assessment, safety planning and risk management for victims of domestic and sexual abuse and their children.
- Understand safeguarding issues, and the legal responsibilities surrounding these issues.
- Direct service delivery to victims of domestic and sexual abuse or other vulnerable people.
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advocacy skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals. Understand and be committed to equal opportunities and diversity issues in policy and practice.

We have a unique opportunity for an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor in a pilot project at Charing Cross Emergency Department. This s a full time 37.5hrs on a 12 month fixed term contract until end of June 2026.
Co-locating, in a health service, an Independent Domestic Abuse Advocate (IDVA), a Domestic Abuse (DA) Coordinator and a violence prevention worker has never been trialed before anywhere in the UK.
This pilot project aims to showcase a gold standard approach to care for families experiencing DA by: -
- Improving recognition and management of victims and perpetrators of DA
- on-site specialised help for victims and perpetrators
- Building sustainable and long-term partnership with Hammersmith & Fulham council, Standing Together Against Domestic Violence (STADV), and Domestic Violence Intervention Project (DVIP).

We are currently looking for an innovative and motivated group worker/ youth worker to join our dynamic, ambitious team.
We wish to recruit a Vaping Practitioner to cover the County of Essex, based both at home and within our central office in Chelmsford. This person will deliver the work of The Children's Society to children & young people who are engaged in vaping through the use of individual support and group work, thereby ensuring the children and young people are educated on harm reduction methods and have access to quitting and reduction support.
This role sits within Youth Impact, which works to provide immediate one-to-one and group support for children who urgently need support.
Your experience is key in securing this role:
In order to be successful in this role, you must have:
-Experience working with young people in a group and one to one setting
-Have understanding of the risks and vulnerabilities young people face especially in relation to vaping
-Have access to a car and a full UK driving license
-Be able to use IT to support case recording and calendar management
You will need substantial experience in working with vulnerable children and young people either in a paid or unpaid capacity. You will have experience of developing and facilitating groups with young people and delivering one to one support both virtually and face to face in the school, community or home setting.
Ideally but not essentially you will have, or be working towards a relevant professional qualification e.g. a Diploma/Certificate in Youth and Community work, counselling, social care or related NVQ or have relevant experience in these fields.

This is an exciting new role leading, expanding, and embedding a vibrant culture of discipleship and faith formation in existing churches, new Christian communities, and children’s and youth groups in every district and circuit across the Methodist Church in Britain.
This role and its related teams will encourage and support clergy and lay leaders in the Church’s major commitments to multi-generational, whole-life discipleship – the long-term journey of becoming, and growing as, followers of Jesus Christ and communities of God’s grace – so that:
1) more Methodist Christians respond to God’s call in every part of their lives;
2) more religiously-unaffiliated people, especially those within rising generations, begin faith journeys and grow into disciples of Jesus Christ; and
3) more churches and communities experience the joy of transformation, growth, and justice.
The successful candidate will further develop, operationalise, and manage the Discipleship/Methodist Way of Life strategic area of the Methodist Church in Britain’s God For All strategy. In this post, you will have responsibility for the following priorities:
