This is a high responsibility role that promises tremendous growth potential, with the chance to work across multiple geographies. The position of Senior Analyst, at Bridges Outcomes, will support education projects funded by Sustainable Development Goals Outcomes Fund (SDG OF). Reporting to the Programme Manager, the primary focus of this position will be the successful delivery of the Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE) initiative. However, we also anticipate this role to play a significant part in contributing to Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP) and Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme, leveraging overlapping themes and collaborative opportunities across these impactful projects.
Sierra Leone Early Childhood Education (SLECE)
The Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) has partnered with the Education Outcomes Fund (EOF) and Lego Foundation to design and support SLECE to achieve the following goals:
1. Opening of new community-based centres that meet minimum safety requirements defined by GoSL.
2. Increased access using children’s attendance measured at various points in time.
3. Quality of settings & practices. Using local ECCE standards to measure structural quality (i.e., physical settings) and BEQI to measure process quality (i.e., teaching interactions, including the implementation of play-based pedagogy).
4. Improved children’s holistic development outcomes for children 3-5 using IDELA.
Interventions are expected to be implemented across 3 contractual lots, each with its own delivery partner and unique approach. SDG OF is partnering with three different delivery partners, BRAC, Plan International and ChildFund, for delivery in all lots. Implementation for SLECE is expected to start in December 2024 and is expected to conclude in December 2028.
Ghana Education Outcomes Programme (GEOP)
The Government of Ghana has obtained World Bank’s funding to support the government’s strategy to improve basic education in Ghana, called Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP). Part of this programme of work has been commissioned based on outcomes with the objective of “strengthening support for schools and Out of School Children (OOSC)”.
The programme will be delivered in approximately 22 rural districts, along with Kumasi and Accra urban centres. The rural districts are grouped into six contracting Lots with 85-100 schools each, with the two urban centres acting as another Lot. The programme will consist of two key components: (1) Accelerated Learning Programme (ALP) to support OOSC transition into mainstream schools and (2) Mainstream School Improvement Programme (MSIP) to support learning in GALOP beneficiary schools.
Out of the 6 rural lots, SDGOF is partnering with 2 different delivery partners, Rising and School for Life, to support interventions in Lot 3 and Lot 6. Implementation for GEOP started in January 2023 and is expected to conclude in December 2026. SDG OF is also partnering with Plan International to deliver in the Rural Lot from October 2024 to December 2026, this lot will only have the ALP component.
Rwanda Early Childhood Education Programme is currently in its procurement phase, with more details of the design expected to be finalised by end of the year 2025.

1. Purpose
The Impact Senior Analyst will be accountable for:
· Strategically guiding delivery partners in the development and implementation of effective MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) strategies.
· Enhancing the data capabilities of delivery partners, with a strategic emphasis on effective decision-making.
· Developing robust predictive models and frameworks that enable the team to forecast outcome achievements with confidence.
· Creating and disseminating actionable insights and learnings to support delivery partners and internal teams, emphasizing strategic problem-solving to enhance outcomes.

2. Key Responsibilities
Delivery Impact
· Contribute to the development of an M&E framework for each education programme, with special focus on SLECE, that monitors the impact of projects and progress towards strategic and operational objectives.
· Facilitate collaboration among data analyst teams from delivery partners to proactively address challenges and co-create solutions aimed at enhancing service delivery
Process Improvement
· Lead strategic initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
· Refine and adapt existing working files and tools to optimize usability and performance, while evaluating current practices and identifying opportunities for substantial improvements.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data
Data Analysis
· Deliver high-quality statistical analysis and comprehensive impact reports to engage diverse stakeholders and provide meaningful insights that include short, medium, and long-term projections for enhanced programme impact.
· Ensure the relevance and effectiveness of data dashboards by integrating early warning systems to highlight priority areas for action.
· Provide mentorship and strategic oversight to M&E teams within delivery partners, ensuring the effective completion of roles and responsibilities.
· Maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure high standards of grammar and accuracy in all documentation.
Data Integrity
· Collate and update volumetric and programme data and systems, continually developing and refining data collection processes.
· Strengthen data reliability by enhancing data flow from beneficiaries through to final reporting.
· Ensure compliance with data protection legislations when retaining and sharing information.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and ease of access to information.
Impact Presentation
· Deliver consistent, aggregated representations of project performance against targets, ensuring clear and compelling presentations.
· Partner closely with the Programme Director and Manager to create and deliver engaging and accurate programme outcome presentations.
· Tailor communication to suit varied audiences, including formal presentations for high-level stakeholders.
Relationship Management
· Collaborate with Analyst colleagues to streamline data processes, minimizing manual interventions where possible.
· Foster strong, professional relationships with delivery partners to ensure a positive and effective engagement experience with BOP.
· Work collaboratively with finance and investment teams to monitor programme invoicing and maintain awareness of the intersection between outcome achievement and the financial status of the project.
· Actively contribute to stakeholder meetings and forums, demonstrating focus and attentiveness to discussions

Main Areas of Responsibility
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that the financial transactions of the organisation are administered in most efficient and effective way
- Monthly accounts preparation, ensuring individual and consolidated monthly account and forecasting information is available to internal stakeholders

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience of running and driving improvements within an Operational Finance Function, specifically delivery of effective Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable disciplines

About the team
The Age Dispute work sits within the Youth Casework team, and we seek to deepen the impact by supporting more children and young people now dispersed across England and who are wrongly age assessed of assumed as over 18 by the Home Office and/or by the local authorities.
About the role
As an Age Disputes Casework Adviser, you will bring your expertise to provide specialist casework to challenge incorrect age assessments, use experience to deal and prioritise high risk cases, work with various stakeholders including legal representatives, statutory agencies, and collaborate with others in sector to develop, learn and share best practice resources in casework provision.
You will maintain an understanding of the changing practice in relation to age assessments in particular and the wider policy landscape, work with colleagues in the Youth Services and in consultation with the Youth Services Manager, liaise with other relevant Refugee Council teams, including advocacy, practice development, youth involvement, In-Form to use casework evidence to address inequities in policy and practice.
This role is fixed term until 31/03/2027.
Based within the Youth Services of the Refugee Council, the Age Disputes Casework Adviser will be responsible for:
- Working with children and young people to understand their experiences and needs.
- Working closely with other Age Disputes Casework Advisers and the Youth Services Manager to identify and review high risk and complex cases that need prioritising and create effective internal case triage and allocation systems.
- Liaising with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure that the needs of young people with disputed age are recognised and met.
- Identifying age assessment policy and practice issues impacting on the lives of separated children for possible action via strategic litigation with legal representatives and advocacy colleagues.
- Maintaining expert casework knowledge and understanding of the environment and barriers that separated children seeking asylum face in with regards to the assessment of their age, and issues related to access to high quality information, advice and legal representation on immigration, asylum and welfare, and always learning and sharing the knowledge with others.
Main duties and responsibilities
Working with young people
- Work in the best interests of all separated young people who are wrongly age assessed and referred unto our service.
- Manage a high volume of referrals from internal colleagues and professionals effectively, and work with Youth Services Manager to identify high risk cases, decide eligibility and priority criteria, and providing timely, helpful, and legally accurate responses at all times.
- Manage their own complex caseload, primarily age dispute related (appropriate assessments, litigation, and appeals) and support on a range of welfare matters including health, education, and community care issues.

Aquarius is a charity that helps people and communities overcome the harm caused by alcohol, drugs and gambling. We are looking for three Support Workers (Community Connectors – Assessment and Engagement Team) to join our team. We have three positions available in Aylesbury.
Your challenge? To provide advice, support, advocacy and key work for recovery plans and undertake elements of assessment and case management as directed. And, all the while, we’ll expect you to operate in a way that recognises and values diversity and understands the functional model of substance use, the Recovery Agenda and the problems caused by alcohol and drug misuse.
Preferably with a NVQ 2/3 in Social Care, or willing to attain this, you are used to working to policy and procedural requirements that include child protection, vulnerable adults, confidentiality and health & safety. We’ll also be looking for good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to maintain accurate records and fulfil data requirements. A flexible approach is important too, as is a commitment to taking a client centred approach to providing services and working in a way that recognises and values diversity.

The Audience Insight team is a key function to help us on this journey. Rising Sun Domestic Violence and Abuse Service (Rising Sun) is an independent charity in Kent working to prevent domestic abuse and improve the lives of survivors and their children suffering from its effects. Our team provide a range of services to adults and children who’ve experienced domestic abuse. We understand the impact of domestic abuse on survivors and so we listen to individual needs and respond in a trauma informed way. We provide one-to-one support and also deliver therapeutically informed group programmes to help survivors to recognise healthy/unhealthy behaviours in relationships and to understand the impact of domestic abuse. JOB PURPOSE
Liberty House provides housing and support for up to 5 homeless young women aged 16-24 who are single, pregnant or have a young child and have experienced domestic abuse.
The support worker will be required to take on key-working responsibilities for the residents at Liberty House, as well as delivering other support work within the house and within the wider Liberty team. This could be related to pregnancy and parenting, life skills, psychoeducational support, understanding healthy relationships and building supportive peer relationships within the home, and supporting them to live independently.
The post holder will work to provide a secure, stable and homely environment and to act as a positive role model to residents. They will build professional and supportive relationships with residents and colleagues.
The project works to empower residents, providing them with information relating to their rights and enabling them to make decisions based on their options using a trauma informed approach.
As a member of the Liberty Team (16 – 24 year olds), the successful applicant will work collaboratively with the rest of the Children and Young People’s team, as well as the wider Rising Sun team to support other programmes delivered within the organisation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Delivery
- Provide holistic, trauma informed, practical and emotional support to residents of Liberty House through regular 1-2-1 sessions. Develop individual support plans, which address any practical and emotional needs the resident may have, such as accessing benefits, life skills and perform risk assessments where needed.
- Organise and deliver group sessions that focus on life skills and strengthening relationships.
- Encourage the residents in positive parenting.
- Manage relationships within the house, act as a conciliator, arbitrator and reconciler in disputes between residents.
- Ensure residents adhere to house rules.
- Assist with the day to day general running of the house and office, to ensure they are fit for purpose and safe for team members and residents.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Communities Development Lead to join a fantastic youth- development charity, based in the Northwest.
Location:Hybrid working across Ambleside and Bradford
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000
As Communities Development Lead you will lead on business and service development for the Communities Team through relationship and partnership integration, horizon scanning, income generation and the implementation of special projects.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of high level (local, regional and national) relationships and networks.
- Developing and integrating the charity in partnerships which enable active engagement
- in the Youth and Communities network across the Northwest, specifically in
- regard to developing operational delivery and income generation.
- Working with Head of Delivery (Communities) and Area Team Managers in
- Bradford and Cumbria, to identify areas of need for funding and growth opportunities.
- Leading on securing income against an annual income target, through the writing and coordination of high-quality bids and tenders, to include pipeline work.
- Working with relevant colleagues, coordinate the production and submission of reports to funders which bring together key information regarding delivery KPIs, case studies, impact, evaluation and outcomes, in line with funder and internal requirements
- Leading the development and implementation of special projects (such as Volunteering and Youth Voice/Participation).
The successful candidate will have substantial knowledge and experience of the Children & Young People sector, including legislation, frameworks and the changing landscape, within a management capacity and will be experienced in working within an inter-agency commissioning environment. A proven track record of securing funding from a variety of sources to support a breadth of youth and community programmes is key, as well as being able to demonstrate evidence of strong leadership and strategic thinking that has driven growth and impact.
A full UK driving licence and a willingness to work flexibly and travel across the Northwest region is a must.
