About you:

As a Senior Social Worker, you’ll bring a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience in childcare social work, and previous experience of completing adoption assessments (or similar), or family finding/supporting children in their adoptive families.

The role and your key responsibilities
As a Senior Account Manager, your role is to line manage a regional team of Account Managers to maximise partner engagement and ensure we retain sky-high resubscription rates. You will manage your regional team’s objectives and regularly monitor and report on progress towards this.
Alongside managing your team, you’ll work with a cohort of partner schools and colleges, facilitating an environment which identifies and promotes best practice across partners within your region. Using data analysis across schools and colleges within your region, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to further increase the use of Unifrog, maximising engagement and resubscription rates.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Line manage a regional team of Account Managers to achieve their resubscription and engagement goals, delivering weekly check-ins with each team member to review their progress with partners.

Run team meetings with your regional Account Management team to review key engagement strategies, objectives and share best practice.

Meet weekly with the Head of Account Management, reporting on progress with your partners, and the progress of your regional team.

Analyse regional engagement data to spot trends and work closely with the Head of Account Management to devise and implement strategies to improve on any areas of low engagement.

Work with Senior Account Managers, Head of Account Management and other Unifrog colleagues, to design and implement projects and processes across the Account Management team, that help deliver against our organisation’s objectives and mission.

You will be skilled in risk management and safety planning, remaining calm in a crisis and in handling sensitive information on a daily basis. The post holder will hold a caseload of survivors and will also be required to support Advance’s duty team on a rota basis which will involve completing intake assessments and providing crisis intervention support.

About the role
We The Curious is about to enter an exciting new phase in its mission to connect and empower everyone through shared creative science learning experiences. It is now a year since we reopened and there is plenty to celebrate in our 25th Anniversary Year. We have exciting projects which range from community and educational outreach through to preparing for some major capital projects for which we must develop and cultivate support.
The Development Team is responsible for fundraising across the whole organisation and the stewardship and development of our donors and supporters. The other members of the team are the Development Team Manager, Development Manager, Trusts and Foundations Manager and the Development Team Account Manager. We are looking for a Fundraiser to join the team, to help us maximise and unlock some very exciting opportunities.
The Fundraiser will primarily focus on engaging businesses and Trusts & Foundations. You will use your skills in research to identify funding opportunities, build relationships and write and submit proposals.
You will need to be organised and enjoy working flexibly to support multiple projects. You will enjoy building relationships both internally and externally, networking and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Cultivating Support:
_Research new funding opportunities, including companies, trusts and foundations, and statutory/government funders.

The Campaign Manager will drive and catalyse the support base required to propel Project-Y forward. We know this opportunity offers a concentrated pipeline to financial sustainability, both in regard to immediate one-off donations, but also longer-term multi-year support.
We have the front facing ask of the campaign in place. However, the missing piece is someone to manage and utilise the best systems and communication techniques to make sure the back-end processing of the campaign is smooth and seemless. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for donor stewardship, supporter segmentation, ongoing communication, optimising databases processes and increasing engagement to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.

- Working with the Operations lead, ensure the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.
- Provide regular performance and progress reports to the board as requested and ensure the charity is compliant with all HSUK policies and procedures.
- Set and manage the annual operational budget, and ensure the effective management of all HSW resources, IT provision and operational contracts.
Additional responsibilities:
- Develop and advocate for the profile of the organisation within the borough and represent it to relevant bodies, including HSUK and HSL, taking an active role in working groups. Act as an ambassador and embodiment of the organisation’s values.
- Deliver the annual impact report alongside the Communications Manager.
- Ensure the completion of all Operational HSUK Quality Assurance assessments.
- Be accountable for safeguarding in the operational team, working closely with the Safeguarding lead, who is responsible for delivery.
- Act as the Data Protection officer for the organisation.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Management experience of small/medium teams in the voluntary sector.
- Proven track record of success in charity fundraising and grant application processes.
- Experience of strategy conceptualisation and delivery- including leading others or working collaboratively to develop strategic & operational plans.
- Successful experience of stakeholder, network or partnership working.
- Understanding of current legislation and regulatory frameworks for babies, children and families.
- Operational coordination and project management experience.
- Financial understanding & experience of managing budgets >£100,000 (TBC)
- Highly IT literate with a confident understanding of Google applications, and Charity Log, or other database management systems.
- The ability to manage and address governance, financial, IT and personnel matters swiftly and confidently with little need for supervision.
- Ability to produce accurate and timely reports.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of the local area and beneficiaries.
- A commitment to and understanding of safeguarding, equal opportunities and data protection.
