We are looking for a confident, engaging, and adaptable eCommerce Operations Assistant Manager.

This is an operational role where you will be the go-to person on the Warehouse floor for the marketplace team, working closely with the Warehouse Manager and Assistant Manager to make sure the operation runs as efficiently as possible, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.

What will I be doing?

Hospital Liaison Worker

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £24,020 - £30,790 per annum

The Role

Using a caring, compassionate and trauma informed approach you will be engaging with individuals who have been admitted to hospital and have a substance use support need. You will deliver a range of interventions including advice, harm reduction and structured psycho-social interventions. You will work closely alongside colleagues within the hospital to ensure that appropriate support is offered to all those in need.

The post will work within the Likewise alcohol and other drug service to establish a high quality hospital liaison service for patients; ensuring and providing appropriate assessments, interventions and co-developing multi-agency discharge plans and pathways to reduce relapse and hospital readmission. 

Based within the local hospitals, the post will ensure effective communication with relevant hospital departments (e.g. Mental Health, Hepatology & Gastroenterology, A&E, Maternity) and externally with Together and other community services (e.g. GPs, outreach, housing and community justice services). 

The post will provide advice, guidance and training to healthcare professionals in recognition, treatment & management of alcohol and other drug related problems, including the delivery of brief interventions. 

As a Hospital Liaison Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Attending hospital ward rounds and maintaining good communication with hospital staff.
• Responding to hospital liaison referrals from within the hospital.
• Delivering interventions to clients face-to-face and over the phone.
• Working autonomously to manage a caseload of their service users, including delivering a range of psychosocial interventions. 
• Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to undertake ongoing assessments, risk assessments, and appropriate referrals within the community

About you

You’ll have a CIM/IDM or similar marketing qualification and a proven track record in leading multi-channel marketing campaigns, preferably in charity or health marketing, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to brief. 

Additionally, you have strong influencing and negotiating skills, with previous experience managing agencies and suppliers and fostering collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders, using diplomacy and empathy. 

To be successful, you will be:

• Proven experience in developing and leading ATL integrated brand campaigns

We are recruiting for a Service Manager who is passionate about supporting survivors who are impacted by domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. This is a multifaceted, fast paced, and exciting role where you will join our team in Derby to lead on the delivery and development of high-quality refuge and outreach services for survivors of domestic abuse and other gender-based crimes. 

The post holder will provide line management and high-quality support to the direct reports in line with Refuge’s policies and procedures. This will include providing supervision on complex and high-risk cases, overseeing operational emergencies, and ensuring high standards of casework. The Service Manager will lead on the delivery of the multiagency aspect of work, working jointly with the Refuge teams and wider stakeholders to deliver best services to the survivors. 

Candidates must have proven experience of providing direct emotional and practical support to vulnerable people, managing, and motivating staff, managing casework as well as working within multiagency setting.  In addition, you must have an excellent knowledge of domestic abuse and other gender-based violence and its impact on survivors.  You will have knowledge of relevant Criminal and Civil law legislation, as well as Housing and Health and Safety legislation.

As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota. Please note that this is an on-site role.

At London City Mission, we are partnering with churches who have a growing passion for reaching out to the communities around them, but who need equipping and building up for this crucial work. Our aim over the next five years is to see 150 new missional teams established in churches across London. These missional teams are groups of church members who take responsibility for a ministry to a community who may not otherwise hear about Jesus, are affirmed and publicly supported by the church leadership, pray for each other and for the people they want to invite to follow Christ, using their different gifts regularly to reach people who are part of this community. We pray that, together by 2029, these teams will be part of 25,000 gospel conversations within communities where Jesus Christ isn't known. The Missionary role is, therefore, a Church mobilisation role.

We are seeking candidates for Missionary roles who have a passion for sharing the good news of Jesus with specific groups of Londoners, and who can also come alongside churches to train and inspire Christian believers to reach their local communities with the hope of the gospel.

This position is a full-time, permanent appointment. Starting salary is £22,045 per annum plus £1,200 per month housing allowance (taxable). Targets for personal financial support will be £9,500 for the year 2025.

• Develop and Manage: Create customer engagement and retention plans across our customer our segments, working across a portfolio of products such as cash appeals, regular giving, events, and mission-related tools like RevivR (our online CPR training tool).
• Deliver Campaigns: Execute marketing communications, customer journeys, and multi-channel campaigns to meet income and mission targets, on time, within budget, and to agreed KPIs. Upsell, retain, and deepen engagement with existing customers.
• Customer-Centric: Ensure customers feel central to our work and achievements, motivating them to continue supporting our research long-term.

About You:

You’ll have solid experience in direct or integrated marketing roles across several channels, with expertise in analysing data to drive decision-making and optimising performance and engagement (especially direct mail, telemarketing, and email). You will have demonstrable experience managing customer retention marketing or loyalty campaigns in a fast-paced direct marketing team.

To be successful, you will have:

Our new Fundraising Manager will work closely with the Board of Trustees, CEO and Senior Leadership Team to scale our impact and expand our reach. They will play a pivotal role in leading fundraising and shaping the charity’s future . They will develop and deliver comprehensive plans to maximise income from individual giving, legacy giving, corporate and community giving and trusts and foundations which have been identified as strategic fundraising priorities.

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic and transformational leader with strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Confident in strategic management they will have the skills to lead the develop and deliver the organisations fundraising strategy.

Main Duties 

Reports to Chief Executive Officer Contract Permanent

A member of the senior leadership team the post-holder port directly to the CEO. Working in a person-centred environment the Head of Fundraising will:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to meet annual income targets.
• Lead and manage a diverse range of fundraising activities.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major donors, corporate partners, and sponsors.
• With the support of the Digital and Communications officer, develop and raise the charities profile.
• Act as a spokesperson for the charity, building relationships with the media and outlets managing public relations.
• Ensure the organisation meets all its legal and statutory requirements including HR, Health and Safety, Charity Commission and GDPR.

Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Director will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, fostering a collaborative and inclusive organisational culture, ensuring financial sustainability, effective governance and the successful delivery of strategic objectives. They will serve as the primary spokesperson for the World Heritage Site, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring experience in the culture or heritage sectors, strong communication and interpersonal skills, financial and fundraising knowledge, and a passion for Edinburgh’s historic environment. 

This role presents a chance to make a lasting impact on one of the world's most celebrated World Heritage Sites. 

• Salary: £35,700 p.a.
• Contract: Full time, Permanent 35hrs a week (Part time Part time – 28hrs a week would be considered)
• Location: Remote (based in UK) with the option to work from CSW’s New Malden office.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced grants fundraiser to join CSW to use their skills to help people who are harassed and persecuted for their beliefs. You will play a key role in generating sustainable income for our work through securing grants from charitable trusts, foundations and institutions.

• Research and identify new sources of funding to grow pipeline of prospective trusts, foundations and institutions
• Write high-quality, compelling applications and bespoke funding proposals to secure grants
• Manage relationships with existing funders in a way that secures multi-year grants
• Schedule and write reports according to funders’ requirements

The Person

You are an excellent researcher, self-motivated and able to write compelling applications that align with funders’ priorities. You have strong research and time management skills. You are able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders and understand the importance of stewarding relationships with funders well.

• A minimum of three years fundraising experience for a charity.

The role

Are you looking for a new challenge? We are currently looking for a driven and self-motivated senior officer for our public health, inclusion and awareness team. This is an exciting time to join as we continue to grow. You will support the development and delivery of the public health, inclusion and awareness team’s work across the UK, which is to empower patients and the public to play a full role in managing their own risk of getting breast cancer, diagnosing breast cancer earlier and improving their quality of life after a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, thereby reducing the risk of recurrence.

Working closely with the public health, inclusion and awareness manager to deliver public health activities as identified in our strategy and team plans and work across the wider directorate and organisation.

Also supporting the delivery of activities to drive forward our equity, diversity and inclusion agenda to ensure we achieve the pledges, recommendations and actions set out in our plans and champion our commitment to celebrate diversity, challenge and address inequality, and help build an inclusive environment for all people affected by breast cancer.

About you

You'll be proactive, highly motivated and have experience in the development and delivery of public health and inclusion initiatives, campaigns and projects. An excellent communicator in building relationships at a local level with external organisations and groups including with those from under-represented communities.

You'll be confident in understanding and explaining equity, diversity and inclusion issues in our public health work clearly and will give presentations as required to community groups and organisations.

You'll also be experienced in monitoring and evaluation of public health activity, including gathering data, producing reports and analysing other statistical information as required.

This role is primarily based in our London office. However, our hybrid working model allows full-time staff members to work up to 3 days per week at home.
