  • Volunteer Engagement and Retention:

    • Foster a positive and inclusive volunteer culture.

    • Recognise and reward volunteers for their contributions.

    • Organise social events and activities to build a sense of community among volunteers.

  • Programme Development and Implementation:

    • Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement volunteer programmes.

    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of volunteer programmes.

    • Make necessary adjustments to improve programme outcomes.

  • Communication and Relationship Building:

    • Maintain regular communication with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.

    • Build and maintain relationships with local communities, schools, and other organisations.

    • Promote the charity's programmes and initiatives to attract support and participation.

  • Administrative and Reporting Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of volunteer activities and hours.

    • Prepare reports on volunteer programme performance and impact.

    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to volunteering.

  • Strategic Planning and Development:

    • Develop and implement a volunteer engagement strategy.

    • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement in volunteer programmes.

    • Collaborate with the charity's leadership team to align volunteer programmes with Remix's mission and goals.
