Hekima is a Tanzanian organization dedicated to promoting child rights and protecting youth from violence. They achieve this through community accountability, empowering children and young people to demand their rights and re-strengthening child protection systems. Program Reviewer
Role Description
Overview We are seeking dedicated volunteers to assist our organization in reviewing our programs and ensuring they align with our goals. The position is open for both onsite and offsite volunteers, with flexibility in timing and involvement in various activities. While familiarity with the East African environment is helpful, it is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Review Program Documents
Carefully read and analyze program materials to evaluate their effectiveness and relevance to our objectives. Prepare Reports
Draft concise and insightful reports summarizing program outcomes and recommendations for improvement. Design Questionnaires
Create brief and targeted questionnaires to gather feedback from participants and stakeholders involved in our programs. Develop Actionable Plans
Propose practical activities and strategies that will drive the success of our programs, helping us achieve our organizational goals.
Weekly Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
Duration of Volunteer Role
3-4 weeks remotely
