Sub sahara African youth unemployment: The number of unemployed young people is increasing in Africa. It become difficult for them to land their dream job as the educational system does not equip them enough on how to win job market during their post graduation.

Businesses owners want to acquire talents to build their teams. They expect skilled, experienced and high quality experts to drive success. This is the great challenge to African SMEs and startups.
We aim to empower youths acquire job search strategies as well as bridging their skill gaps by providing them opportunities from the global community which they can't get from the formal education system. Opportunity to learn from successful global startups, skill mentorship programs from successful freelancers and trainers and career coaching.
We help business acquire talents by providing them opportunities to announce job openings in our platform, recruiting on behalf of them as well as other outsourced HR services. We provide platforms for experts from around the world to contribute to African startups.

Partnership Manager
Role Description
- Identifying and researching potential partners that align with Better Career's strategic goals and values
- Developing a partnership strategy that complements the Better Career's overall business plan and market approach
- Negotiating and finalising deals with new partners, including terms of cooperation, joint ventures, or integration into existing products and services
Weekly Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
