We work at the intersection between human rights, decolonisation and anti-racism in international development.
Systematic and ongoing neocolonialism, racism within the development sector.
There are a lot discussion around decolonisation and anti-racism in the international development sector. We are here to create practical change.
We work towards addressing and combating the challenges in these spaces by:
Moving beyond discussions to practical solutions Contributing to the reform of current discriminatory policy frameworks and practices in the sector Providing a safe platform for open and candid discussions Collective activism within the global community Changing narratives
We encourage volunteers to come with openness and no judgement. We love creativity and people who are willing to learn and use the skills they have for change.

Role Description
Support with the following as assigned by the Research Project Manager – Climate Change: Support with research collection, monitoring, writing and administration Contribute and provide support to report writing Support relevant initiative and campaign information
For background the project description is: The project aim is to monitor and track systematic elements that exclude the Global South from having ‘A Seat At The Table (ASATT)’, leading up to and including COP29. It seeks to outline the impact of exclusion and decision making on climate topics affecting marginalised communities.
Weekly Time Commitment
4-6 hours per week
