Warm Hearts Community Support is a registered UK charity empowering individuals through poverty relief, digital upskilling, and mental health initiatives. We are growing rapidly and seeking passionate volunteers to join our mission.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Grants & Partnerships Coordinator to help us build sustainable income streams and strengthen community collaborations. You will play a vital role in researching, writing, and coordinating funding applications to support our expanding services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research local and national funding opportunities

• Write compelling grant applications and progress reports

• Identify and build relationships with potential partners

• Maintain accurate grant tracking records and deadlines

• Collaborate with the team to align funding with program goals

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about charitable work and community development

• Strong written and communication skills

• Previous experience in grant writing or fundraising (desirable but not essential)

• Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented

Note: This position is an unpaid voluntary role. Reasonable expenses (e.g., travel, meals during events) will be reimbursed.
