We will focus on building essential life skills, promoting healthy lifestyles, and unlocking the full potential of every young person we work with through our positive and engaging youth work programmes and activities. Our mission is to inspire and support young people in discovering themselves and the world around them, fostering personal growth and positive change.
WE NEED YOU!
We're looking for experienced trainers, teachers or youth workers who can join us in designing and delivering training programmes for our volunteer youth workers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and programmes to equip volunteers with necessary skills.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements.
- Source external training and support for our volunteers to ensure continued development.
Skills Needed:
Training and development experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to assess training needs.
