At Together Now, we believe every family deserves to live together. Our mission is to reunite refugee families who have been separated due to conflict, persecution, or other hardships. We rely on public donations and volunteer support to provide vital services, including covering travel and documentation costs that make family reunions possible.
Purpose of the Role:
To support our ongoing projects, we are seeking an IT Support Volunteer with experience in Airtable or similar platforms to help us build and maintain bespoke applications, manage user accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee data management systems. This is a unique opportunity to apply your IT skills in a meaningful way, contributing to a collaborative and mission-driven environment.

Person Specification:
Essential Skills & Experience

Airtable Proficiency: You'll have experience in building and managing Airtable applications or similar database platforms.

Data Management: You'll have a strong understanding of data integrity, backup practices, and database maintenance.

Regulatory Compliance Awareness: You'll know about GDPR and data protection regulations, and have experience in implementing compliance measures.

Problem-Solving Skills: You'll be able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and independently.

Attention to Detail: You'll be able to manage data accuracy and set up systems to ensure reliability and security.

Technical Support: Experience providing technical assistance or troubleshooting for non-technical users.
