BushScout UK National Scout Active Support Unit Team Leader

BushScout started as the Practical Skills Alliance SASU within the Scout Association, and is responsible for supporting Leaders in developing their skills in a safe manner that allows the skills to be shared with Young People within Scouting. 

BushScout UK is one of our National Scout Active Support Units (NSASUs). You can find out more about all the NSASUs here. 

We’re looking for a fantastic leader to support a national team of volunteers who help local leaders develop their skills. 

As the Team Leader, you’ll;

• Provide inspirational leadership and line management for the team
• Delegate responsibilities effectively and to ensure that there is clarity around what everyone is and should be doing 
• Support BushScout Members with queries, and respond in a positive and engaging manner
• Continue to develop the structure of BushScout to support fundraising activities that will allow a sustainable and effective future for the BushScout Sub-Team.
