We're on the search for someone with a heart of gold, compassionate and a passion for making a difference to peoples lives, joining our inspiring start-up charity, SUNSHINE. We are also looking for a people champion, joining us in a brand new fantastic volunteer role as our Volunteer Coordinator.

In this exciting volunteer role you will be responsible for;

1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify passionate individuals who align with our mission and values, and ensure a smooth onboarding process that makes them feel part of the SUNSHINE community from day one.

2. Volunteer Management: Managing and supporting volunteers would be key. As Volunteer Coordinator you will coordinate volunteer roles, training, and schedules, ensuring everyone feels valued and empowered.

3. Volunteer Wellbeing: Create a positive work environment by promoting mental health, inclusion, and professional growth for volunteers.

4. Policy Development: Establish policies that align with our charity's vision and ensure compliance with regulations, while fostering fairness and transparency.

5. Talent Retention and Development: Develop strategies to nurture talents within our organisation, such as offering learning opportunities and growth pathways.

6. Community Spirit: Foster collaboration and camaraderie among our team to reflect the SUNSHINE experience and ethos — spreading happiness and nurturing relationships.
