We're a NEW start-up charity, aiming to get set up, registered and launched.

We're on the search for people with a heart of gold, who are compassionate and have a passion for making a difference to peoples lives, joining our exciting new and inspiring start-up charity, called SUNSHINE. You will be joining our new charity as a TRUSTEE, where you will champion our new start-up, helping us to set the foundations and to get our brand new charity off the ground, registered and ready to launch our services to the public.

Our mission is bold yet simple: to foster connections, enhance their wellbeing and to help transform lives. 

As one of our TRUSTEES, you will be responsible for the following;

1. Strategic Leadership: Help define our SUNSHINE's vision, strategy, and long-term goals, ensuring SUNSHINE stays true to its mission of combating social isolation and loneliness.

2. Governance and Oversight: Ensure SUNSHINE operates legally, ethically, and efficiently, monitoring performance and compliance with regulations.

3. Fundraising and Financial Management: Play a key role in securing funding, overseeing budgets, and ensuring financial sustainability to support SUNSHINE's initiatives.

4. Advocacy and Networking: Act as an ambassador for SUNSHINE, help us build key relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and donors to expand SUNSHINE's reach and impact.

5. Risk Management: Identify and manage risks to SUNSHINE, safeguarding our reputation and good name, and ensure our resources are used effectively.

6. Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the Founder and CEO and our leadership team to provide guidance and expertise, while fostering a collaborative and inspiring environment.
