If so, our new community-based charity, SUNSHINE, is seeking dedicated and experienced volunteers to join us as Trustees. Our mission is to make a significant impact on the lives of people aged 18 and above who are experiencing loneliness and social isolation in London, with plans to expand beyond the London area.

Role Overview:

As a Trustee, you will play a pivotal role in helping us establish and develop SUNSHINE as a fully operational charity. Your expertise, guidance, and leadership will be vital in setting up our charity, shaping its vision and strategy, and ensuring it runs smoothly to achieve its mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with fellow Trustees and our Founder to define and execute SUNSHINE's strategic objectives.

• Provide governance and oversight to ensure the charity operates effectively and meets its goals.

• Offer advice and expertise in your areas of specialization to support the charity's development.

• Help to establish robust systems, processes, and structures to enable the smooth running of the charity.

• Represent the charity and advocate for its mission within your networks.
