THE ROLE: LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
As our Learning and Development Manager, you will lead the way in creating fun, engaging, and impactful learning opportunities for our volunteer team. Your role will ensure that SUNSHINE’s volunteers are well-prepared, skilled, and confident in their abilities to make a difference.
Key responsibilities include:

Training Programme Design: Develop and deliver innovative, interactive training programmes that align with SUNSHINE’s goals and mission.

Volunteer Empowerment: Equip volunteers with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to thrive in their roles and make a meaningful impact.

Fun and Engaging Learning: Create dynamic and enjoyable learning experiences that foster teamwork, creativity, and a sense of belonging.

Needs Assessment: Identify training and development needs through consultation with volunteers and team members.

Continuous Improvement: Review and refine training materials to ensure they remain effective, relevant, and inspiring.

Workshops and Sessions: Facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and team-building activities that strengthen our volunteer community.

Learning Resources: Develop user-friendly guides, materials, and online resources to support volunteer learning and development.

Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure training aligns with SUNSHINE’s overall vision and goals.
