Feedback-Microvolunteer

It’s fantastic that you would like to find out more about volunteering at St Mungo’s. Are you passionate about client involvement but don’t have much time on your hands? Do you want to help our clients have a say in our 2024 client survey? If yes, you could volunteer as a Feedback Microvolunteer. This role is ad-hoc, low commitment and perfect for people who want to volunteer but only have a few hours here and there to help out. You would help us by visiting a residential service upon demand and with support from staff, helping clients to have their say in our 2024 regulatory survey so we can use their feedback to improve our services and make sure they have the best possible experience with st Mungo’s.

Where/ When will I be volunteering?

Our services are located in Bristol, North London, East London, South London or West London but you will be sent exact dates/ times/ locations to choose from between December-January. This is an ad hoc micro volunteering role; you can volunteer just once or a few times over the months December – January. This role requires your physical presence.

Do I need to have any specific skills?

• A passion for client involvement and supporting clients to have their say • Sensitivity and empathy towards the issues our clients may be experiencing • Good written and verbal communication • An understanding of the causes of homelessness and its impact. • Genuine interest in and commitment to St Mungo’s work and client group. • An understanding of and commitment to diversity & equality.
