We want people with energy, passion, and commitment to join our board of trustees and lead us into a brighter future.

Roles available: Chair of Trustees, Treasurer and Secretary to the Board, plus additional trustees with expertise in fundraising, strategy, finance and communications.

You should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience of being a trustee.
• Experience and understanding of charity governance.
• A strategic thinker, able to set the agenda and pace for change. 
• Experience of representing an organisation both internally and externally. 
• An advocate - able and willing to champion Salusbury World’s work through personal networks, social media, and other channels. 
• A strong personal commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion.
