About Roots Academy

At Roots Academy, we’ve built a learning experience that’s changing the lives of the ummah’s future leaders, change-makers and visionaries.

Our vision is enabling university students to live God-centred lives, so we teach structured, engaging and transformative face-to-face foundational Islamic education to over 1,800 students across the UK.

 

Role Summary

Develop feedback mechanisms for all onsite offerings and analyse data to develop suggestions for driving
onsite improvements
 

Key tasks

  • Brainstorm performance indicators for measuring impact of all onsite products including classes and student retreat
  • Develop effective methods for acquiring feedback from students and instructors about onsite classes
  • Develop effective methods for measuring impact of onsite classes on a student’s journey
  • Conduct focus groups to acquire targeted feedback from key stakeholder groups
  • Analyse feedback and report on data gathered to develop suggestions for driving initiatives and onsite improvements

What we’re looking for

  • Knowledge of in-class onsite experiences; ideally having attended a Roots Academy class previously
  • Knowledge of evaluation and monitoring methods
  • Ability to summarise and communicate data insights and findings
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for delivering focus groups and reporting on data insights
  • Excellent organisation and data analysis skills to develop feedback tools and analyse these in a structured manner
