We need friendly, enthusiastic people like you to give visitors to our Products for Life Store the best possible experience when they come to us for information about our products and services or general enquiries. Ideally, you will have some flexibility to fit in with the needs of the Products for Life Store.

*Answering and making telephone calls; Assist with a variety of admin tasks; Create documents and input data; Meeting and greeting visitors; Provide sighted guiding.

*You will be speaking to blind and partially sighted people and explaining the different products and services that RNIB offer.

*Ability to use your own initiative; Approachable & empathetic nature; A welcoming and friendly nature; Good Interpersonal Skills; Microsoft Word, Excel and internet; Reliable, punctual and trustworthy; Willingness to work as part of a team.
