A brand new start-up youth charity. At REMIX, we are passionate about making a transformative, positive impact on the lives of young people in London and beyond. Our mission is to empower, inspire, and uplift the next generation by providing them with the tools and skills to become responsible, resilient, motivated, entrepreneurial, critical thinkers, and self-reliant individuals.

WE NEED YOU!

We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated volunteer who can commit to a few hours per month to help us change young people's lives. We need a VOLUNTEER to fill the vacant role of TREASURER.

In this role, you will:

• Manage and monitor the financial health of REMIX, ensuring proper accounting records are maintained.

• Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, presenting these to the board and other stakeholders.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of REMIX's strategic plan to achieve its mission and goals.

• Ensure REMIX operates within its charitable objectives and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure the effective use of resources, and support fundraising efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and development.

• Promote our work and build relationships with key stakeholders.

• Identify and manage financial risks, ensuring REMIX operates safely and effectively.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to support REMIX's work.

• Provide financial guidance and support to the CEO and Team, using your experience, skills, networks, and connections.

• Engage with the community to understand their needs and ensure REMIX's programmes are relevant and impactful.
