We are REMIX, a dynamic youth charity in London, currently being set up to provide life-changing services in Employability, Healthy Living, Life Skills, Personal Development, and Mentoring. Our mission is to challenge, develop, and grow young people, equipping them with the tools to thrive in today’s society and become confident, self-reliant individuals who can tackle life’s challenges.
JOIN US AS OUR HEAD OF PROGRAMMES! - VOLUNTEER ROLE
We are looking for a dedicated and visionary volunteer to take on the pivotal role of Head of Programmes. In this leadership position, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative and impactful programmes that will directly transform the lives of young people in London.
As our Head of Programmes, you will:

Develop and Oversee Programmes: Lead the design and implementation of workshops, training, and development initiatives that align with our mission.

Inspire and Motivate: Work closely with our team, volunteers, and partners to create a lasting positive impact on the young people we serve.

Ensure Excellence: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programmes to ensure they meet the needs of our beneficiaries and achieve measurable outcomes.

Champion Innovation: Bring fresh ideas and strategies to help us grow and adapt to the evolving challenges faced by young people.
What We’re Looking For:
We need a passionate, creative, and driven individual with experience in programme development, project management, or youth work/education/training. If you have a heart for making a difference and the skills to lead, we want you on our team!
