Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our passionate volunteer team. This role is vital to the smooth and efficient operation of our charity. As a volunteer Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring that our mission to inspire, empower, and transform young lives is delivered effectively and seamlessly.

Your Role as Volunteer Administrator

As the backbone of our organisation's administrative activities, your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Provide essential support to our team, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date, managing correspondence, and maintaining an organised office environment.

• Volunteer Coordination: Assist with scheduling and communication for volunteers, ensuring their roles align with the charity’s goals.

• Document Management: Oversee the preparation and filing of documents, reports, and meeting minutes.

• Event Coordination: Support the organisation and execution of events and workshops aimed at empowering young people.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, donors, and community partners.

What You Bring

• Strong organisational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience in administrative work, ideally within the charity sector (though not essential).

• A passion for supporting young people and contributing to a meaningful cause.
