We Are REMIX!

We are hoping to make a positive impact on the lives of young people in London and beyond that's transformative not only for them but for the whole country by teaching and giving young people the tools and skills to be responsible, resilient, motivated, engaged, entrepreneurial, critical thinkers and self reliant that will remix young peoples way of thinking that EMPOWERSINSPIRES and TRANSFORMS their lives.

We will do this by dedicated hard work, providing programmes that unlock young peoples potential, nurture essential life skills and personal development, build character development, help young people make better decisions about their lives, challenges and the situations they face, build their confidence and self esteem as well as their belief in themselves and encourage team building and team work, including through mentoring with positive inspirational role models their will guide and support them on their journey to self improvement.

Who we're looking for?

As a new startup youth charity in London, we need the guidance, leadership and drive from a volunteer who is driven, proactive, solution focused and able to help provide create and develop our programmes for young people at REMIX while also providing key and leadership to our brand new youth charity as our Youth Programme Manager/Youth Development Manager. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Development: Design and implement programmes that empower, inspire, and transform young people’s lives in London and beyond.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and support through positive, inspirational mentors, staff, and volunteers.
  • Skill Building: Focus on developing essential life skills, character, confidence, self-esteem, and teamwork.
  • Community Engagement: Work with local communities to identify needs and tailor programmes accordingly.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of programmes and make necessary adjustments to ensure they meet the desired outcomes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Passionate and Dedicated: Committed to making a positive impact on young people’s lives.
  • Experienced: Background in youth work, education, or a related field.
  • Innovative: Ability to create engaging and transformative programmes.
  • Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with mentors, staff, and volunteers. BUT most importantly young people and the wider community.
