Trustee(s)

We are seeking three new Trustees to help shape and support the world-leading and student-focussed Rambert School to ensure it remains a centre of global excellence in dance education. We are particularly interested in those with skills and experience in the following areas:

·       Higher Education (HE) and Academic Governance

·       Finance

·       Human Resources (HR)

·       Fundraising

Rambert school was founded in 1920 and is an independently registered Higher Education Provider with the Office for Students (OfS), having previously been a member school of the Conservatoire for Dance & Drama from 2005 to 2022. We believe that dance, choreography and creativity can transform the lives of young people and society more broadly.  If you share this belief and have the passion, lived experience and interpersonal skills to join our welcoming Board of Trustees, then we want to hear from you.

We are interested in hearing from both those with existing Board experience and those who have never been on a Board before and will provide the appropriate information, training and support to all new Trustees, through a thorough induction process. We warmly welcome applications from applicants from both diverse and underrepresented backgrounds, who will bring a fresh perspective and a range of expertise and experience to the Board. A more diverse Board will better represent the staff and student body of the School.
