Job description

About Us: At Project Yananai, as a Christian charity, we believe that education is the cornerstone of poverty alleviation. With a commitment to transformative change on a global scale, we work tirelessly to empower communities through education, resources, and innovative partnerships. Our mission is to break the cycle of poverty and create sustainable solutions that uplift lives and foster hope. Join us in making a profound difference in the world!

The Role: Are you a visionary leader with a passion for building impactful partnerships? We are seeking a dynamic Head of Partnerships who will play a critical role in driving our mission forward. This is your chance to lead a dedicated team and engage with diverse stakeholders — from educational institutions to corporate partners and government agencies — to create synergies that expand our reach and enhance our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust partnership strategy that aligns with our mission and amplifies our impact globally.
  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with potential partners, including NGOs, corporations, foundations, and governmental entities.
  • Cultivate ongoing relationships with existing partners to strengthen collaboration and maximize resources.
  • Contribute to grant writing and fundraising initiatives in partnership with the development team to secure funding for key programs.
  • Represent Project Yananai at conferences, meetings, and events to promote our mission and build our network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement innovative partnership models that drive sustainable impact.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on partnership outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in partnership development and management. Experience in the non-profit sector is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of global adult education and poverty alleviation challenges, with a commitment to social justice.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for making a difference and driving change at a global level.

What We Offer:

  • A chance to be part of a mission-driven organization dedicated to creating lasting change.
  • An inclusive, collaborative work environment that values diversity and supports professional growth.
  • Opportunities to travel and engage with partners and communities around the world.
