Sponsorship Communications Volunteer

The Sponsorship Operations Team oversee the end-to-end delivery of the child sponsorship process. The team link sponsored children to new sponsors, read and log letters between them and manage child sponsorships that have come to an end.

• Reading letters from sponsors and sponsored children to ensure all correspondence is in line with child safeguarding requirements

• Recording letters from sponsors and sponsored children by accurately logging information into our database

• Assisting with the preparation and packing of letters for dispatch
