Your Role
As a volunteer therapist, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic care to patients and their families.
- Understanding patients' diagnoses and treatments to tailor therapies effectively.
- Adapting therapies as needed to meet individual needs.
- Adhering to ethical codes and our policies for complementary therapists.
- Engaging in ongoing professional development.
- Attending relevant training sessions.
Complementary therapies offered in Marie Curie may include any/ or all of the following:
Acupuncture
Aromatherapy
Hypnotherapy
Massage (Holistic/Indian Head /Remedial)
Reflexology
Reiki
Yoga and Relaxation Techniques
