Volunteer - CRM

Lyme Resource Centre (LRC) is a charity with a mission to minimise risk of Lyme disease whilst enjoying the outdoors, by educating the public and health professionals about ticks and Lyme disease. Lyme disease is an infection passed to humans by the bite of an infected tick.  Lyme disease is treatable with antibiotics, but if diagnosis and treatment are delayed or missed then it can potentially cause long term health problems. 

LRC is a young but growing charity - our existing team (12-15 people) are based across the UK and work remotely.  We are about to commission a CRM system to better manage communication with our stakeholders (donors, health professionals, public), manage donations and over time evolve as needed.

We are looking for a volunteer to help us set-up and run a CRM system - we have commissioned a charity consultant to help us shortlist a CRM provider. The volunteer will be the CRM expert on the team and lead CRM build, roll-out, training etc. Others in the charity team can provide relevant subject matter expertise for configuration.

And once in place, the pace of CRM evolution will be shaped by the CRM volunteer in liaison with the charity team and Trustees.
