Job description

Julian House is a charity dedicated to making a difference to the lives of the most vulnerable and disadvantaged people in society. We run several projects and every year we help thousands of people out of homelessness, into employment, away from domestic abuse, and more.

 

Volunteer Role: Event Volunteers (Bath Beast)

Location: Bath

 

The Role:

We are looking for volunteers to assist with the smooth running of our events, specifically our upcoming Bath Beast Cycle event. We are looking for individuals who can spare a couple of hours on Sunday 7th July, whether this is marshalling as a designated point along the route or assisting with registration at Bath Uni. Shifts are around 2 hours running across the morning and afternoon. 

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Registering cycles to ensure they checked in for the event
  • Be a positive member of the team 
  • Ensure the safety of cyclists throughout designated check points
