Job description

Are you an experienced and qualified nutritionist and would like to inspire others by sharing your knowledge? We are looking for a Nutrition Advisor Volunteer to share with others their knowledge of food and healthy eating. Having a healthy diet has shown to have positive affects on mental health and can reduce inflammation as well as alter neurotransmitters to reduce symptoms of depression.

What you will be doing

  • Complete research to learn more about a certain area of nutrition
  • Provide scientific advice on healthy eating
  • Inspire and motivate people using the services to attend

The skills you need

  • A qualified Nutritionist
  • Ability to provide a supportive, and inclusive atmosphere that encourages learning
  • Sensitive, calm and patient approach
