Could you help us run our fabulous Charity?

Dementia Friendly Keighley (DFK) is seeking people of all backgrounds, and ages to support the overall running of this essential organisation and help us on our journey to make Keighley, ‘Dementia-Friendly’. 

We are a small but impactful charity, at the heart of our diverse community, offering a much-used and well-respected service to people living with dementia and their family, friends and carers in the Keighley area. We are at the start of an exciting new era in our history and we need you to help us succeed!

We are looking for people to be part of our Board of Trustees. Don’t worry if you don’t know what that means, we can provide full training and support. Being a trustee is a very rewarding voluntary role and can help with career advancement in the charity or care sector.

We are especially (but not only) interested in people who might be starting a career in finance and would like to develop their skills and knowledge of the charity finance role.
