Are you a proud IT nerd or would like to be?
We are looking for someone to help provide IT support to our friendly team. You need to have a basic knowledge of IT systems, particularly Office 365 administration and be able to communicate clearly with non-technical team members.
Duties include Office 365 management, technical support including troubleshooting, hardware maintenance, user training, basic computer security and regular evaluation of IT systems and processes and suggesting improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and security.
You will gain hands-on IT experience of various IT systems and processes which will improve your employability and have a positive impact in your community.
