What Our Programme Participants Say:

“We had a lovely group of people for our sessions, all with differing conditions and life experiences to bring to the table for discussion and problem solving. It felt like a mini community, which was really lovely”.

“I found the sessions to be a great boost to my confidence and I found the tutors to be extremely approachable and open-minded. They both listened carefully to everyone and gave relevant and do-able feedback”.

What our Volunteer Wellbeing Tutors Say:

“I have been delivering the self-management programme now for just over 12 months and I really love it. I like meeting new people and I like to be able to help people, which the course allows me to do. “

“I go home every week of the 6-week course I am delivering feeling really good and knowing I have helped someone, sometimes in a small way and other times in a big way. It also helps me with my own health condition and I would encourage other people to come along and become a volunteer tutor.”
