As a Stock Controller, you will count and record inventory of the merchandise held at Candlelighters. This helps us identify which items are selling well and what will need re-ordering, ensuring we properly manage our resources.
Each year, over 150 children in Yorkshire are diagnosed with cancer. When a child is diagnosed, lives are turned upside down for the entire family. Getting well again can be a long and challenging journey. We understand the impacts of a childhood cancer diagnosis, and our mission is to bring light and hope to families facing childhood cancer in Yorkshire.
Volunteer Role: Stock Controller
Hours: One-off day, up to 7 hours
Location: Candlelighters, 8 Woodhouse Square, Leeds, LS3 1AD
Key Activities:
- Counting and recording stock items
- Organising merchandise
- Working with team members
- Verifying counts to ensure accuracy
