Overview
Working with partners is a crucial part of our strategy to improve outcomes from sepsis.
As UK Sepsis Trust’s Corporate Engagement Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our fundraising efforts by cultivating and managing relationships with corporate partners. Working closely with the Head of Partnerships, Fundraising and Events colleagues, your primary responsibility will be to secure financial support from businesses and other organisations through various income-generating initiatives and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities
Corporate Partnership Development
· Identify and research potential corporate partners aligned with the mission and values of the charity.
· Develop and implement plans to cultivate relationships with new and existing corporate decision-makers.
· Present compelling proposals and tailored fundraising opportunities to corporate prospects.
Fundraising Initiatives
· Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events tailored to corporate donors.
· Collaborate with colleagues to create promotional materials and collateral for corporate fundraising activities.
· Coordinate sponsorship opportunities and recognition for corporate donors.
Donor Stewardship
· Provide excellent stewardship to existing corporate donors, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
· Regularly communicate impact reports and updates to corporate partners to demonstrate the value of their support.
· Organise corporate engagement activities such as site visits, volunteer opportunities, and networking events.
Revenue Generation
· Set ambitious fundraising targets and work with colleagues to develop plans to achieve them.
· Track and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to colleagues.
· Explore innovative fundraising ideas and opportunities to diversify revenue streams from corporate donors.
Relationship Management
· Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, serving as the primary point of contact for fundraising-related inquiries.
· Maintain accurate records of all corporate interactions and donations on the CRM system.
Experience/ qualifications
· At least 2 years’ experience in corporate fundraising or business development, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
· Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage corporate stakeholders at all levels.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate the charity's mission and impact effectively.
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding fundraising targets.
· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

We are now looking to expand our Fundraising and Devlopment team in this newly created role. About the role
· Assist the Fundraising department in planning and delivering national and large-scale fundraising activities.
· Assist the Individual Giving Manager in the coordination and delivery of fundraising campaigns and initiatives including our annual Christmas Appeal, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently.
· Support the delivery of digital fundraising activities in line with the Fundraising Strategic Framework.
· Support the administration of the individual giving fundraising programme in collaboration with the wider team.
· Assist the Head of High Value and Individual Giving Manager to administer donor support communications.
· Ensure all donors are thanked in a timely manner via e-mail and letters and accurately recorded on our CRM.
· Maintain and update supporter and donor records within the CRM database ensuring they are accurate.
· Support the refinement of systems and processes to enhance donor experience.
· Serve as the first point of contact for Community Fundraising, including emailing and posting fundraising packs and providing fundraising guidance and advice.
· Maintain and develop our low to mid-level Trust and Foundation income, delivering applications and reporting using our Case for Support.
· Respond to general enquiries received over the phone and through the fundraising and general enquires inboxes.
· Liaise closely with colleagues across the charity to support the development of fundraising collateral and materials for fundraising activities.

CleanupUK provides equipment and promotional support to help Cleanup Hubs get started with litter picking and engaging local people.
Cleanup Champions work closely with Cleanup Hubs and other partner organisations to encourage more people to get involved in litter picking locally.

Main Purpose of the Role:

Working closely with the prison and their staff, people in prison, Shannon Trust volunteers and mentors, this post will lead the delivery and development of our prison-based reading and numeracy programme, maximising opportunities for people in prison to learn to read.
Ideally you will have some experience of prison settings underpinned by the ability to build relationships and personal qualities that include resilience, determination and a problem-solving approach.
This role will be prison based. About the Role
You will use community development skills and knowledge to deliver training and support services and local organisations to enable effective delivery of Time Credits.
