To be successful in the role of Senior Major Giving Manager, you will need:
- Proven experience of leading high value fundraising bids (ideally trusts and foundations/corporates as well as HNWI), and in managing a team.
- Evidence of developing new business prospects into substantial donation
- Ability to write inspiring, accurate reports with up-to-date information from colleagues/sources for funders

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities
The Senior Programme Development Specialist will work on complex and major bids, often on multimillion consortia, commercial contracts and multi-country partnerships, and will be expected to take a high degree of responsibility for developing successful bids including negotiations with internal and external partners.

About the Role
As a Programme Officer at Unfold, you’ll ensure that our volunteer mentors feel supported and prepared for their work with young people. Alongside helping to recruit and onboard new mentors, including organising their training and reviewing their progress, you’ll be Volunteer Mentors main point of contact, making sure they have a rewarding and impactful experience. Your work will also include engaging with referrers, parents, and young people themselves, providing guidance and answering questions to ensure everyone feels connected to our mission.
You’ll also be hands-on with our youth programs, coordinating weekly Youth Support Groups and engaging with young people in outreach activities. You’ll work closely with our Programme Manager to build relationships with community organisations and support our Youth Advisory Council. The Role
The Fundraising Officer – Partnerships is an important new role within the Fundraising Team, acting as the face of the Charity and first point of contact for potential corporate supporters and other donors.
Leading on delivering Wonderseekers’ Curiosity Collective corporate fundraising campaign, this is your chance to develop your corporate fundraising skills to deliver a small, personal annual income target. Previous fundraising experience is a bonus, but not essential as support and training will be available. However, you must have impeccable interpersonal and presentation skills, be comfortable representing the Charity and engaging with senior internal and external stakeholders, be results-focused and willing to learn.
Working as part of a small, growing Team of experienced fundraisers, the Fundraising Officer - Partnerships will play a key supporting role to the Team, providing exceptional stewardship to donors. Whilst supporting members of the Team with research and pipeline development, preparing briefing papers and funding proposals and writing and implementing cultivation and stewardships plans, there will be lots of opportunities for personal development and the potential for promotion within the Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the rolling corporate campaign recruitment plan, including attending networking events, sending out partner packs, activity and preparing /delivering face to face pitches
- Co-ordinate the corporate campaign marketing activity, liaising with the Marketing and Communications team.

Waverley Abbey College is one of the largest providers of Counselling and Chaplaincy training for Christians in the UK. All of Waverley Abbey College’s courses are designed to bring transformation and change to the nation.
Waverley Abbey’s vision, mission and values focus on enabling a new generation to be encouraged, excited and equipped for the great commission. We also seek to offer courses relevant to individuals and professionals at all life stages.
The purpose of this job is for the post holder to build partnerships and to develop relevant courses suited to the organisation and stakeholder’s requirements in the field of chaplaincy and practical theology. This requires someone who is creative, imaginative and able to conceive and develop new high impact courses that articulate with Waverley Abbey’s vision, values and mission. It is a senior role involving being part of the college’s Senior Leadership Team. It is desirable that the post holder has a background in chaplaincy and missional ministry.
The college’s Practical theology courses currently include Contemporary Chaplaincy (a non-HE course), a Graduate Diploma in Ministry (HE course – set a level 6), Self-paced courses in Discipleship and Chaplaincy, and an MA in Spiritual Formation (that finishes in 2026). It also includes a significant round table project that involves leading an initiative with partner chaplaincy agencies at work in schools, with the goal of seeking to place a Christian chaplain in every secondary school in the UK (i.e. 4,190 schools).
Also, the chaplaincy CPD courses are being developed as digital courses to extend the reach of the college, so that the goal of a chaplain in every school may be realised. Practical theology also includes development, and coordination of the Association of Waverley Abbey Ministers (AWAM), which is a membership network for those who complete the Contemporary Chaplaincy course. AWAM provides an accountability structure for those at work in volunteer chaplaincy ministries.
This role holds a Genuine Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9 of the Equality Act 2010 to be a practising Christian who assents to Waverley Abbey’s Statement of Faith.

About the role
The main purpose of this role is to develop and deliver our approach to maintain and grow corporate fundraising income, to support our mission to improve mental health in Hampshire. The role is to lead the corporate fundraising activities for Solent Mind, which have grown significantly over the last five years. You will research and build our corporate pipeline and support the delivery of our wider employer engagement which covers all aspects of employment engagement including fundraising, training and mental health employer service.

About you
You will be an experienced corporate fundraiser or have relevant relationship fundraising or B2B sales experience, together with a proven track record in meeting and exceeding financial and other targets. You will be an effective communicator with excellent written and presentation skills. You should possess good negotiating and influencing skills, as well as excellent relationship management skills, and be highly pro-active and skilled in generating new business leads and moving warm prospects through the ‘sales’ cycle.
You will demonstrate the ability to motivate and develop your direct reports and will ideally have experience supervising both staff and volunteers.

Job Summary
CAAS provide an ADHD and Autism Support Service for the 8 boroughs of NW London, from our base in Eastcote, with a team of Support Workers. Our work includes offering information, advice, and support to ADHD / autistic people, their families, and professionals in NW London, with the aim of improving quality of life and developing neurodiverse-aware communities. Some of the support is offered through one2one meetings, some of the support is provided through groups and courses which aim to increase understanding and awareness, and provide opportunities for peer support, and some of the support is offered through training and workshops to educate professionals and drive for accommodations to be made to services to allow greater access for our client group.
The Family Team Lead will assist the Family Service Manager in overseeing the operational running and leadership and management of our Family Team at our centre in Eastcote.
The Family Team Lead will be responsible for the line management of some of our Family Support Workers, as well as the direct delivery of services, including being the lead facilitator on some of our parenting courses. As such, we are looking for a friendly, organised and hard-working individual. The role requires strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills and a drive to ensure everyone who seeks support from us has the best possible experience. We are looking for a new Independent Sexual Violence Advisor to join our team in providing advocacy and support to survivors of rape/sexual violence and sexual abuse.The ISVA will be based in our central Reading office, with the option of hybrid working. ISVAs will need to travel within Thames Valley to meet clients as required.
Main Purpose of the Role:
To provide advocacy and support to survivors of sexual violence. The ISVA will support adults who have reported or are wishing to report this crime navigate the criminal justice system. The ISVA will work closely with the Police Service, Sexual Assault Referral Centre, CPS, and other relevant organisations.
ISVA Main Duties
· Provide advice, guidance and information to adults who have experienced rape and sexual abuse.
· Support service users that have been referred to Trust House Reading.
· Support clients in making informed choices about their future options.
· Explain relevant criminal, legal and civil remedies and housing options to clients as required.
· Assess the risk and support needs of clients.
· Develop individual support plans to address risks /support needs of clients.
· Ensure that clients are aware of the services to which they are entitled and advocate for them to help them access services.
· Understand the legal framework relating to the protection of children and vulnerable adults including the policy and procedures in relation to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults.

Following a restructure, DMI is looking to recruit a Grants Management Officer. This new role will provide a critical link between DMI’s national teams, HQ staff, and donors. The Head of Philanthropy will report to the Director of Fundraising who, as a member of Newlife’s senior leadership team, will be responsible for delivering a transformation in our fundraising activity, performance and positioning over the next 3-5 years.
This is an important role for Newlife, and together with the Head of Corporate & Community Partnerships, will be responsible for implementing the new fundraising strategy.
It is a hands-on role, and the roleholder will be expected to identify and proactively target potential new major Trust, Foundation and HNWI donors, as well as implementing best-in-class donor stewardship. You will also lead on our legacy and individual giving programme to maximise opportunities and broaden our income mix.
Who we are looking for.
We are searching for candidates who have extensive experience in trusts and foundations and candidates with HNWI experience will be looked upon favourably. You will be well versed in strategy as well as thrive on being in a busy hands on role building strong internal and external relationships, leading your team and securing large multi-year support.
