In our new Chief Executive, we are looking for an individual who will provide leadership and identify and secure new sources of income to enable the Trust to continue on a firm financial footing alongside managing our staff and engaging with key stakeholders.

Person Specification
Essential
- Experience of working in an organisation with environment, conservation or heritage at its core.
- Operated as a CEO or senior executive, with proven leadership and change management skills.
- Detailed understanding of P&L, budgeting, balance sheets, cash flow, income statements.
· Excellent verbal, written and digital communication skills, with the diplomacy required to effectively manage a wide range of stakeholders.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Practitioner Assistive Technology, Band 7 to join our Assistive Technology Team. This role will require the successful candidate to provide a high quality, evidence based assistive technology service, promoting participation, communication and interaction for children and young people accessing The Children’s Trust Therapy Services. Additionally, you will develop and deliver the service, in collaboration with multidisciplinary health, therapy and education teams.
Our service delivery aims to promote outcome focussed interventions, safe care, function, and participation, of children and young people accessing home, school, and community life. Role Requirements
- Lead the provision of high quality, evidence based assistive technology interventions, for children and young people attending The Children’s Trust School and receiving in-patient neurorehabilitation.
- Provide clinical leadership to the Assistive Technology Team, identifying service priorities, service delivery methods and standards of practice.
- Provide assessments for complex augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
- Identify service needs for AAC and selection of appropriate hardware, software, access, and mounting options, as per organisational policies and procedures.
- Understanding of mainstream technologies in specialist support, assistive technology, and computer access.
- Knowledge of environmental control and powered mobility.
- Lead in the design and implementation of communication and technology resources.
- Maintain and disseminate specialist knowledge of eye-gaze control and the use of eye-tracking, within clinical assessment and management.
- Develop therapy goals, plans and methods, in collaboration with the child and family/carers, as well as the Multidisciplinary and Education teams, founded upon evidence-based practice.
- Be an autonomous Practitioner, with responsibility and overview for Assistive Technology interventions, and maintaining relevant records and reports.
- Work closely with all members of the Multidisciplinary Team, as well as the child and family, to provide a fully integrated approach to the overall management of the child. This will include any home/school visits, professional child related meetings and/ or appointments, as required.
- Identify and utilise specialist assessments and relevant outcome measures, for children/young people receiving assistive technology interventions.
- Work flexibly across site as needed e.g. with the team in the Children’s Trust School
- Work flexibly in terms of hours, in order to meet the needs of the service, including an early evening (weekly) and one weekend day, per calendar month.
- Represent the Therapy Team and The Children’s Trust when appropriate, deputising for the Team as required.
- Undertake specialist assessments, externally responding to national and international requests.
- Act as the Lead Professional for complex case management and coordination, as and when required.
- Actively participate in, support and Chair relevant Multidisciplinary Team meetings, as and when required.
- Undertake other or additional duties that are within your skills and abilities, as the organisation may reasonably require from time to time.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Superkidz Community Trust was founded in 2001 and over the years, has provided children and young people with a safe space to play and to interact with adults who have the time to listen to them. We have developed a model of engagement, Transform Group and Individual Mentoring (TGIM), that puts interaction at the heart – not simply providing activities but ensuring that there are sufficient adults around to engage the young person in conversation and the chance to express worries, self-doubt and concerns.

Key accountabilities:
The Manager will:
· Be an integral member of the team delivering Superkidz day to day activities and groups.
· Following consultation with staff service users and the Board prepare a strategy, financial and operational plan that best delivers impact in line with the TGIM theory of change. This should include locations, staffing, activities, income generation and should be fully costed.
· Lead the organisation in the implementation and further development of this strategy in consultation with the Board.
· Proactively use quality and impact information and strategic analysis to inform the development of new programmes of work that improve the lives of beneficiaries.
· Ensure that systems and processes are in place to manage, monitor and report on all compliance issues including; safeguarding, health and safety, and risk.
· Take accountability for financial decisions that protect the charity’s funds, ensuring the charity is sustainable and fulfils the requirements of the relevant regulatory bodies.
· Ensure that there is an appropriate funding strategy in place to secure the greatest possible diversity of income, through commissions, grants, donations, fundraising and social enterprise trading, and lead on the delivery of subsequent plans.
· Lead on the effective management of all aspects of Superkidz services and staff team, ensuring that staffing systems and procedures are up to date, regularly reviewed, and fulfil legal requirements.
· Oversee and lead on the development of staff to ensure that all teams and individuals have the opportunity for development and can work at the highest level of performance. Mentor and cultivate the existing skills of staff, providing them with a platform to grow.
· Ensure that all Superkidz services are delivered in line with all external and internal quality standards and in line with commissioners/funders requirements.
· Develop and lead on a marketing and PR strategy that promotes Superkidz, raises awareness, and increases client and funder engagement.
· Develop and lead on an effective communications strategy, both internal and external.
· Lead on the strategy to assess and develop opportunities for collaborations, alliances, and partnerships that deliver increased impact and lead to financial sustainability.
· With the Fundraising Liaison Manager, demonstrate leadership in key strategic relationships with public bodies, funders, corporate sponsors and other external stakeholders, through a range of communications, networks and events.
· Ensure full, timely, accurate and effective communication with the Board of Trustees and any sub-committees of the Board.
· Ensure that all decisions made in the course of the role are made according to current legislation and in line with all instruments of governance.

Secret World Wildlife Rescue (SWWR) exists to relieve the suffering of British wildlife, to encourage respect and tolerance for wildlife and to further its conservation. SWWR strives to do this by:
· providing a public rescue, rehabilitation, and release service for injured, sick and orphaned wildlife.
· providing a learning and outreach programme, public education, and access to a unique wildlife experience.
· disseminating information and data, delivering professional training, and helping conservation projects, to improve knowledge and raise standards of wildlife care across the UK.
To maximise the potential funding available for Secret World Wildlife Rescue (SWWR), particularly through obtaining grants from trusts, foundations, local authorities and other sources.
This role will also be responsible for enhancing the reach and value of legacy fundraising at SWWR and building strong relationships with corporate supporters to help secure the financial sustainability of the Charity.
Our Fundraising Manager is responsible for planning and preparing all fundraising and grants working alongside all departments to ensure projects are fulfilled from inception to fruition. The post holder takes care of medium- to long-term activities, budgeting, planning and strategy, as well as being responsive to emerging opportunities and adapting to change. The Fundraising Manager is also the main point of contact for new and existing supporters, providing support and stewardship to the amazing individuals and organisations who want to help wildlife.
Alongside the above, the Fundraising Manager will also provide support to the current fundraising personnel and activities at SWWR, coordinating and supporting a range of tasks and functions to aid in the smooth running of the Charity.
Fundraising is integrated into every part of SWWR’s operations. The Fundraising Manager works closely with colleagues in Education, Retail, Events, Finance, Volunteering, and Wildlife Care to understand their needs and provide support to aid in the smooth running of the Charity.
SWWR’s annual operational costs are approximately £900,000. The majority of funding is raised through supporter donations, fundraising events, trading activities and legacies.

Income & Business Development Manager
£40-42k, 37.5 hours per week, Thornton (L23).
St. Joseph's Hospice Merseyside is the oldest and largest hospice on Merseyside, providing specialized end-of-life care for patients with a wide range of life-limiting conditions. The hospice's 31-bed Inpatient Unit is located in a beautiful setting within a conservation area and 12 acres of natural woodland in Thornton, Merseyside. The hospice's specialist healthcare teams care for over 200 patients and their families from across Liverpool, Sefton, and West Lancashire every year. Our services are free to our patients and it costs around £10k per day to run the hospice.
With the changing horizon of Fundraising, this is a new role for the hospice and pivotal to our future income generation activity for the Charity. The Income & Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to raise funds and secure partnerships for the hospice. They will lead the existing Hospice fundraising team, identify new sources of income, build and maintain relationships with donors and supporters, and manage fundraising events.
Role requirements
- Proven ability to build, manage and develop key stakeholder and donor relationships

The role of the Supporter Care Coordinator is to ensure that each of these people feels appreciated, informed, and satisfied after engaging with Scope, leaving them feeling valued and committed to giving their ongoing support.
You will:
- Be responsible for handling incoming queries from supporters, across telephone, email, and post, as well handling outbound supporter service calls and other communications.
- Process donations from different channels and sources, thanking supporters in a timely manner and maintaining good records of these actions.
- Report to the Supporter Care Team Leader, and sit within the wider Fundraising team.
- Work closely with colleagues across the directorate, providing support in key periods, and contributing to overall fundraising income goals and an improved supporter experience.

Founded nearly 20 years ago by Jane Howorth MBE, the British Hen Welfare Trust is a national hen welfare charity which rehomes over 60,000 hens a year around the UK. Based in mid Devon, and affectionately referred to as Hen Central, the charity works collaboratively with the industry, public, and many national stakeholders to improve hen welfare and raise awareness of hens around the globe. In addition to rehoming hens, our work extends further to education, mental wellbeing, nutritional campaigns, and global veterinary initiatives. About the role
This is a very exciting time to join the team, with the imminent rehoming of the millionth hen and the national coverage this presents, you will have the opportunity to make this role your own. You will be an enthusiastic, organised team-player who shares a passion for hen welfare and will have demonstrable community fundraising experience working in the charity sector.
The full-time role of Community Fundraiser is a new position in a recently restructured Fundraising team, working with the Head of Fundraising, Individual Giving Manager and Corporate and Trust Fundraising Manager. This is a home-based role with regular travel to Hen Central for meetings, events and ad hoc tasks so it would be ideal for someone who is South West based. You will be responsible for developing relationships with existing and new community fundraisers on supporter-led activity and engaging them in our fun and exciting fundraising income streams such as Egg Club, Bake! for Hens' Sake! and Sponsor a Hen to meet objectives and income targets.

Main Purpose of Job:
The purpose of this exciting new role is to raise community fundraising income by building and developing relationships with key community fundraisers, community groups, fundraising volunteers, schools and community stakeholders. 6. To work proactively with Marketing and Communications colleagues and provide compelling and engaging content for use in communication channels including the BHWT’s supporter magazine and social media channels to encourage supporters to fundraise for hens and thank/acknowledge.
7. To manage and facilitate communications effectively across key community fundraising streams to aid retention and secure future support e.g. the quarterly newsletter to Egg Club and regular updates to the Sponsor a Hen audiences.
8. To provide monthly reports to the Head of Fundraising in all areas of Community Fundraising.
9. To administer the various elements of the fundraising streams e.g. sending out fundraising packs and thank you letters.
10. To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation including GDPR and data protection.
11. To maintain accurate records on SharePoint and Salesforce.
12. To provide support to other areas of fundraising where appropriate and undertake ad hoc tasks from time to time as required within the charity.
13. To attend events on behalf of the charity from time to time.
