The Role

We have recently launched our new CRM based on Microsoft Dynamics 365, and are looking for a CRM Manager to join an end user Charity in Central London. The Charity has a direct front end CRM user base of around 30 staff. It also has a power platforms bespoke portal for between 64-120 regional staff to login to, who contribute to the membership programme, creating new memberships and managing the renewals process which happens each year. It also has a power portals Donation portal which directly integrates to Dynamics 365 and Business central. This role is to support our internal staff (30) and external Staff (120) with the day to day activities ensuring business processes are fit for purpose and seek out possible improvements in the long term roadmap.

Key Functional Areas

• Data architecture– Lead on the review and structure of data on CRM.
• Systems Governance - Ensuring system best practices are followed, producing dashboards to identify common errors to follow up with users offering tailored training for common issues.
• Training and Support - training of new members, ongoing training and refreshing areas where common issues are found in regular training sessions all staff and portal users can attend.
• Information Governance and Data Protection - Ensuring data is kept up to date and added in the correct formats and standards. Leading on data compliance and legalisation for the charity

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

The Willesden Area Director of Ministry is a senior member of the Willesden Area Team, responsible for providing visionary leadership and ensuring good management of key ministry initiatives. This role plays a key part in the team responsible for managing and delivering the repair and presentation of the Gallery’s building fabric. The role involves the line management of staff, consultants, and term maintenance contractors, and reports directly to the Head of Department.

The successful candidate must be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively within a team, while also communicating effectively with a wide range of departments and colleagues. It is essential that all planned works are carefully coordinated to minimise disruption and remain fully compliant with all regulations.

This post offers the successful candidate to bring innovation and experience together with a systematic approach to problem solving, to achieve the most efficient and cost effective methodology of undertaking work within an historic building, with an emphasis on protecting the nations collection of European art. 

As our Services’ Manager, you will oversee some of our most impactful delivery, including our Courses service, Vocation service, Digital services, and our award-winning Mentoring service. You’ll be just as comfortable working alongside the team to problem solve as you are working with the leadership team on our business plans and budget management.

Reporting to the Head of Services and working with the Outreach & Engagement Manager, you will play a key role in the services leadership team.

We are delighted to be working with the British Film Institute (BFI) the leading body for Film in the UK, who are looking for an exceptional Procurement Manager with sound Public Procurement knowledge able to run tenders both below and above thresholds to join their small, but busy team. 

As custodians of the Nations Master Film Collection, exhibit film at BFI Southbank, run the London Film Festival and operate the BFI IMAX – the UK’s largest cinema screen, they are also a National Lottery Distributor, and an NDPB (Non-Departmental Public Body reporting into DCMS (Department for Culture, Media and Sport).

Procurement at the BFI is governed by Public Sector regulations procuring goods and services totalling on average £25m a year with all procurement over £10k in value managed by the Procurement team and as such the successful candidate will need to be experienced in public sector procurement.  Ideally, you will also be a generalist as the breadth of procurement at BFI is extensive, and you will demonstrate the skills to run both below and above threshold tenders with knowledge of frameworks. 

You will have:

• A Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Level 4 Diploma (CIPS) or degree or equivalent vocational training.
• Completed and implemented the government mandated modules training and obtaining a certificate of completion for the new Procurement Regulations (essential)
• Demonstrable experience in a Procurement department and good knowledge and understanding of UK Procurement legislation, including framework agreements and end to end tendering in practice. 
• Familiarity with Government procurement related issue and In-Tend or other electronic tendering systems.
• Experience of Financial / Budgetary control systems.
• A proven track record of promoting and supporting diversity and inclusion.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised Procurement Manager who can multi-task, manage and meet deadlines in a busy environment, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders for successful outcome. With proven ability to work independently and autonomously you will demonstrate exceptional attention to accuracy and detail and understand basic legal terms. You will need strong communication and negotiation skills, be self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic, with flexibility when responding to urgent requirements.

Sufra is an innovative charity in Northwest London that prevents hunger, fights poverty and builds community.
