They are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and highly organised Office Manager to play a vital role in our day-to-day office operations. You will need to have exceptional organisation skills and the ability to put processes in place that are streamlined and structured. You will take ownership of our CRM ensuring it is set up correctly and working efficiently. You will prepare agendas, attend and accurately record the minutes of any meetings. Using your organisational and planning skills you will arrange staff and trustee away days, development days and strategy days ensuring they run smoothly. You will provide support to the HR function leading on administrative tasks relating to the recruitment and induction of new staff, mandatory training, Right to Work / DBS checks, as well as supporting their health and safety and lone working procedures. You will also provide line management support to an Administration Assistant ensuring they are motivated and perform to the best of their ability. To undertake this role effectively you must have experience in a senior administration or PA type role, be able to use a wide range of modern IT systems and packages to an intermediate / advanced level. You’ll need to be able to learn new systems quickly, have a high degree of accuracy and organisational skills, and enjoy supporting others.

About the role
The Finance and Risk Manager will be a member of the Reaching the Last Mile project (RLM) supporting NTDs Elimination Programme Management Office (PMO) and will report to the Director, RLM and Finance Manager. Reaching the Last Mile (RLM) is a high profile, high value, multi-partner programme, which will make a significant contribution to the control and elimination of the Oncho LF.
The Finance and Risk manager will be responsible for supporting in-country financial oversight, maintaining consolidated programme accounts, cash flow management, payment processes and ensuring that the risk mitigation strategy is applied throughout the project. This resource will work closely with the Finance Manager, the Head of PMO and implementing partners to ensure the financial principles of the contract are complied with and that proper accounting records are maintained for reporting to RLM donors.
Further duties include:
- Financial Oversight: Conduct reviews and provide feedback on financial documents for RLM and other programmes, ensuring partners and Sightsavers' staff maintain rigorous standards.
Ensure conformity to the principles of the contract with specific emphasis on:
- Financial Management & Controls.
- Financial Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
- Financial Monitoring & Audits.
- Monitor and retain financial record.
- Verify claims by partners and recommend for payment.
- Support the preparation of monthly invoice to send to RLM donor.

• Collaborate proactively with the Senior Tenancy Sustainment Officer (STSO) to engage, verify, and offer support to rough sleepers.

• Attend Rough Sleeper meetings with the STSO, led by the Rough Sleeping team from Woking Borough Council.

• Maintain comprehensive notes on our database, Salesforce, to provide clear and concise information of interactions and outcomes for clients.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Domestic Abuse Caseworker to join the Specialist Domestic Abuse Service based in Rochdale, working 37.5 hours a week.

In the absence of the Assistant Food Service Manager, the Front of House Team Leader will step in to oversee operations and maintain service quality.

Horsham Matters - Overview
Horsham Matters is a local Christian charity that works to prevent and relieve poverty throughout our district. We do this by the provision of essential services such as food, fuel and household goods, providing advice and guidance to households in need, and working with partners to address the root causes of poverty. Our work is funded by income generated through donated goods which can be sold in our shop or online, by grants and donations and through public fundraising.
Operations Manager
The Operations Manager is a critical role to ensure the smooth running of all our operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team with responsibility for leading a team of staff, volunteers and 3rd party contractors. You will strive to continually improve systems and procedures across the Charity whilst maximising opportunities to increase income.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), which will also require some weekend working (approx. 8 Saturdays/year).

Operational leadership:
· Line management of Logistics Team including performance management, building capability and training etc.

The Landscape Partnerships Lead (known as Treescape Lead internally) will lead in developing the Weald and Downs Treescape in South East England, where we want ancient woodland and trees across this extensive ancient wooded landscape to be valued, protected and restored. The Landscape Partnerships manager will lead an existing programme of partnership work, scoping out our current position and new opportunities, for our vision of transformational change at landscape scale.

The role will be part of a UK network of Treescape leads working on the Trust’s Treescape programme across the UK.

About the Role:
