About this role:
This role supports the service across Bedfordshire. As a Team Leader for the Specialist Services team you will:
- Have line management responsibilities for the team from across all our local projects
- Attend and Chair local MARACs and other partnership meetings
You will need:
- A qualification as an IDVA or ISAC
- Experience of developing and maintaining partnerships and pathways within a multi-agency and legislative framework
- Knowledge of legislation relating to equal opportunities and diversity, safeguarding and risk assessments
- Practical understanding of the requirement for confidentiality and safe working practice and maintenance of files in accordance with the Data Protection Act and other legal requirements
- Experience of working in a challenging and changing environment with an emphasis on customer focus and excellence in service delivery
- Demonstrable experience of providing crisis management, support and guidance in sometimes stressful and difficult situations to a team with a client service focus
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and advisory skills, both written and verbal when interacting with a range of agencies and individuals

The key aspects of the role include:
- Providing project management support for sector-leading philanthropic giving groups
- Collaborating with teams across The Trust to ensure alignment on and maximise opportunities for fundraising for young women and girls, and for young entrepreneurs
- Managing a portfolio of supporters and prospects predominantly in London with an annual fundraising target

Support Coordinator
We’re looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join our Stroke Recovery Services based in the Dorset East area.
There will be opportunities to hot desk within Bournemouth and Christchurch, as well as Poole NHS sites. This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to provide Key Worker support following a stroke.
Position: S11166 Stroke Association Support Coordinator
Location: Home-based, Dorset East however, Frequent travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Part-time, 28 hours per week (flexible working available)
Salary: Circa £21,391 per annum (FTE circa £26,700 per annum)
Contract: Our services are contracted, we currently have funding for this role until 30 June 2027.

· Support new stroke survivors and their carers from hospital discharge into the community.

About You
The post holder will have experience/background in:
· A caring profession ideally with experience of supporting people with disabilities.

About the Role:
This role is based in Stafford but will work flexibly across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. The service will be delivered as per service user requirements and will involve early evening and possible weekend delivery, potentially on a rota basis.

Purpose:
To support ARC’s staff and stakeholders in their use of technology, to further ARC’s aim of conserving amphibians and reptiles and saving their disappearing habitats.
The IT Systems Coordinator will be responsible for the support and maintenance of ARC’s IT systems and infrastructure; for the support of ARC staff, volunteers and other stakeholders using the technology; for identifying potential improvements; and for the implementation of agreed changes. The IT Systems Coordinator will be aided in this by ARC’s third-party IT support provider.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support local and remote staff using Windows 10/11 and MS 365 Apps for Business.
- Support of ARC’s fundraising and volunteer database systems (in tandem with ARC’s database suppliers).
- Maintain and administer core apps and infrastructure (e.g. Entra/AD; LAN; VoIP; file/print; mobile phones; AV equipment; MS 365 apps and email) alongside ARC’s third-party IT support provider.
- Implement technological changes with ARC’s third-party IT support provider.
- Provide technical support to ARC’s Communications Team relating to the maintenance of the Trust’s intranet and website (working with the website CMS supplier).
- Provide advice and guidance to staff regarding information security and data protection as required.
- Coordinate regular information security refresher training.
- Coordinate/ deliver staff software training as required.
- Refine and deliver IT inductions for new staff.
- Budget for hardware and software replacements.
- Liaise with ARC’s support provider and suppliers and assist in reviewing contracts.
- Take a key role in ARC’s incident response team.
- Co-ordinate and lead in ARC’s internal IT Subgroup.
- Participate in meetings with IT representatives from ARC’s partner organisations.

Working Relationships:
The IT System Coordinator has no line management responsibility but there may be periodic opportunities to supervise interns or work placements. You will report to the Admin & Finance Manager but will work closely with workstreams across the Trust, ensuring that all of ARC’s staff have the knowledge of, and confidence in, the technology they require to achieve their conservation objectives. About the role
As the Mental Health Hub Service Lead, you will collaborate with the Director of Children and Young People Services and Clinical Leads to drive the strategic growth and development of the organisation's services. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing a new Mental Health Hub service, managing recruitment, training, quality and governance, supervising staff, reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and maintaining strong relationships with commissioners and other key stakeholders.

Coram Parenting and Creative Therapy Service offers art, music and drama therapy, therapeutic parenting, clinical psychology and family therapy to children and families at our dedicated creative therapies centre and in schools. We work primarily with adoptive and connected carer families, and children who have low level mental health difficulties. We are a trauma-informed service and have specialist expertise in neuro-diversity and children with special education needs. The well-established team has a strong track record in therapeutic interventions, including music therapy, art therapy and narrative therapy based multi-family groups for younger children who are adopted or with a Special Guardianship Order. We have a purpose built therapy building and have recently built a music studio for our adolescent work. We work within very diverse communities and we consciously challenge ourselves and our practice, seeking at all times to be inclusive and anti-racist. About the role
We are seeking an experienced HCPC qualified Music Therapist to provide leadership, supervision and management of music therapists and other creative therapists in the service. You will carry out therapeutic multi-disciplinary assessments and music therapy interventions with adopted and Special Guardianship Order families. This work involves trauma informed approaches, family work and life story work. The team is led by a Clinical Psychologist and provides creative, relational, and evidence based approaches, collaborating with wider networks and reaching schools and communities to inform child centred and trauma informed practice. The post offers a unique opportunity to work alongside skilled creative and family therapists.
