The Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) team is dedicated to enhancing the University's engagement with its alumni and donors through an advanced constituent relationship management system. Our team focuses on supporting this CRM system to drive fundraising and strengthen alumni relations, ensuring seamless collaboration and continuous improvement in our processes and user support.
Permanent contract.
Grade 7: annual increments from £36,924 to £45,163 per annum, with possible extension to £49,250 – plus an Oxford University Weighting of £1,500 per year (pro-rata).

About the Role
As a member of the User Engagement team, your role will be integral to supporting and enhancing the University's CRM system for development and alumni engagement. Key responsibilities include:
· User Training and Engagement: Develop and update training courses, create learning materials, and facilitate workshops to ensure effective user engagement with the DARS system.
· Business Process Improvement: Analyse and enhance business processes to optimize the functionality and efficiency of the DARS system.
· Support and Relationship Management: Provide comprehensive support through one-on-one coaching, project assistance, and managing key business partnerships to maintain strong collaborative relationships.

• Providing strategic oversight to the enrolment and validation process for new members, ensuring that new institutions meet the Centre of Excellence’s standards, and work closely with the Network Member Manager to streamline onboarding, guaranteeing a positive initial experience that sets the stage for long-term involvement.

3. Workforce Development:
The Senior Workforce Development Manager will lead a team of High Performance Skills Coaches to design, implement, and continuously improve a world-class teacher training programme. By incorporating global insights and innovative practices, this role ensures that the programme enhances teaching quality and raises educator capacity to deliver world-class education.
• Utilising insights from international benchmarking and emerging trends from global partners to incorporate cutting-edge methodologies and world-class standards into the teacher training programme.
• Leading a team of Skills Coaches to guide the development and delivery of high impact teacher training experiences, focusing on practical and solutions focussed strategies underpinned by international best practice that improve teaching, learning, and assessment.
• Overseeing the planning and scheduling of training activities to align with the academic calendar, ensuring that sessions are well-timed and accessible to educators throughout the year. Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to promote training opportunities, generate demand, and expand programme reach, actively engaging member institutions and their teaching staff.

Reporting to the Public Engagement Manager, the Public Engagement Officer will work as part of a team to deliver our mission of meaningfully involving patients and the public across Academy activities and in the way we work.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the Academy, our Fellows and our grant awardees to help deliver projects that ensure the Academy connects with patients, carers and members of the public in new and accessible ways. In your role as Specialist Recovery Navigator, you will work collaboratively with people with mental health and complex needs. With demonstrable experience of working in the mental health field, you will demonstrate a good understanding of the obstacles that can be faced and how to overcome them to reach certain goals. You will have a good knowledge of housing pathways within Birmingham and be able to show creative approaches to housing challenges supporting people to explore options as they move on from inpatient services. You will be able to empathise with the daily struggles that people face and will have a commitment to user involvement and empowerment and support people to explore any education, training, or employment opportunities. About you:

About the role
Working closely across the small team at SIDA, this post offers an exciting opportunity to support and coordinate knowledge-exchange communities of practice across a network of actors on global sustainable development in Scotland, including members from public and private sectors, academia and civil society. The role will support our members to contribute effectively to global, sustainable development by developing learning opportunities, tools, and resources based on members’ needs, as well as on key developments across the sector.
The postholder will lead on the planning, delivery and evaluation of SIDA’s programme of learning activities for members including workshops, peer learning events, mentoring, webinars and other events on key topics of interest to the sector. The Children and Young People’s Psychological Trainings programme (formerly known as CYP IAPT) is a service transformation programme that aims to improve Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Services (CYP MH) and develop the workforce by recruiting professionals for core and specific skills training. The aim of the Leadership in Mental Health programme is to do this by providing managers with an effective toolkit by which to deliver their transformation objectives, as well as to develop their personal and professional development in their CYP-MH leadership role and become reflective leaders. It is a one-year programme for managers working in NHSE funded CYP-MH services, and consists of twelve teaching days, combining academic lectures, seminars and small group tutorials, and assessments which are highly tailored to working managers.
We are recruiting for an experienced Course Tutor to facilitate the delivery of some teaching and reflective practice tutor groups to help students consider the teaching in relation to their contexts and develop personally and professionally as CYP-MH leaders. The Course Tutors will also contribute to teaching sessions, and undertake marking, personal tutoring and make other similar contributions to support the delivery of the programme and promote the best student experience.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge of the national CYP IAPT programme and experience of supporting CYP-MH workforce development.
Location
Hybrid working (a mixture of onsite and home/remote working). Must be available on Tuesdays to attend in- person teaching at Rodney Street (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH). About FareShare Sussex & Surrey
We rescue surplus food from businesses, farms and supermarkets. This food is nutritious, in-date and safe, and includes a high proportion of fresh vegetables and fruit. If we did not rescue this food, it would be at risk of going to waste. Instead, we deliver it to charities, community kitchens, community pantries and fridges, food banks, schools and other organisations serving vulnerable people. Our food is a vital lifeline for children and families, people on low incomes, people who have lost their jobs, the homeless, refugees, domestic abuse survivors, the elderly and key workers.
We operate out of two depots; Guildford (Surrey) and Brighton (Sussex) as part of 35 Regional Centres, working as a network across the country with FareShare, a national charity. The Guildford warehouse is new and enables us to receive, store and deliver more fresh, frozen, chilled and ambient food across the region.
Last year, we delivered enough food for 2.14 million meals to help vulnerable people in our community. We receive and deliver around 80 tonnes of food every month, currently to 147 organisations, including homeless shelters, community pantries, food banks, clubs, children’s centres and lunch clubs across 3 counties. Main purpose of this role
The Employability Coordinator will form part of a project team with the Employability Programme Manager. The project team will be responsible for delivering all aspects of the Employability Programme. The Employability Coordinator will deliver Employability and skills-based training, as well as monitoring participant progress and providing effective information, advice and guidance. The role will deliver the day-to-day activities of the programme in the Guildford depot, supporting individuals looking to enter employment, education or training. Therefore, the right person would need to have the skills and confidence to deliver sessions to groups of 3-10 individuals and provide one-to-one mentoring sessions to participants. Employability at FareShare Sussex & Surrey FareShare Sussex & Surrey has run a pilot employability programme through its Brighton Depot for 4 years and has taken these learnings to relaunch our programme across both our depots in Brighton and Guildford. This project will work with long-term unemployed people and those from the probation service (Brighton) and 18-25 year olds who are far from education, employment or training (Guildford) to provide the support they need to successfully secure and sustain meaningful employment.
The project will work with 60 Trainees a year across the 2 depots and will provide an integrated, person-centred employment service for the long-term unemployed in Sussex and Surrey. The project will be designed based upon the best practice currently within and external to the FareShare Network. These are the 3 core project elements of Employment Support, Work Experience and Training & Wellbeing.
Due to the nature of the job market in the region, our programme will focus on the hospitality industry. Utilising our commercial kitchen space at Brighton and clean room at Guildford, we will provide a varied package of kitchen skills, barista training and stock control across both depots.
In each element, Trainees will receive a tailored programme of 1-2-1 and group support. Activities will include coaching Trainees in important work skills and supporting them through the processes of searching for, securing and sustaining employment. Each Trainee will be taken through an assessment process to identify what is required to support them to secure sustainable employment. An individual development plan will be created for each Trainee. This will also include developing links to employers and educational establishments to source employment and progression opportunities for Trainees.
Creating and managing partnerships with other local community assets to bring wellbeing services into the regional centre or encourage, support and enable Trainees to access additional wellbeing support in the community will also be vital to the success of the programme. Each Trainee will have a limited personal development budget to engage with other services.
Trainees will be engaged in utilising strength and asset based approaches and the aims of the project encompass improving Trainee wellbeing and personal development in addition to skills training and the overarching aim of enabling Trainees to secure employment.
The Senior Programme Innovation Manager will lead MyBnk’s programme development, innovation, evaluation, and quality assurance. This role ensures that our programmes are:
