This interesting role will support the theatre’s ambition to increase our revenue fundraising and development capabilities. In particular the post holder will be responsible for researching, cultivating, preparing applications for and stewarding Charitable Trusts and Foundations to raise funds for our Community and Outreach work and Play Your Part capital campaign. The focus will be on grants of up to £5,000. The post will also offer administrative support to the department focused on mid-level giving (Vanbrugh Supporters and Guardian Angels).
The post holder will be responsible for the accurate recording of income related to Trusts and Foundations, working closely with the Head of Creative Learning and Director of Development (DoD) to identify fundable propositions within the theatre. You will assist in the planning and delivery of donor events for Vanbrugh Supporters, Guardian Angels and current and potential Major Donors, helping to ensure a culture of continuous cultivation and engagement. You will work closely with the DoD to enable the charity’s artistic, community and organisational aspirations.
This post is full time, though for the right candidate, a pro-rata 4-day equivalent will be considered.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Database and record keeping
· Assisting in the maintaining of donor records on the CRM.
· Recording and reporting on donor activity as directed.
· Responsible for maintaining financial data, and production of written and verbal reports as directed.
Office administration
· First point of contact for external enquiries.
· Internal liaison with the Marketing Office and Finance Office.
· Assist within the Development Department, carrying out other duties as reasonably required.

Fundraising
· Write applications and evaluation reports to Trusts and Foundations for grants up to £5k in support of the theatre’s activity with a major focus on the work of the Creative Learning Programme.
· Assist with running fundraising appeals as required.
· Maintain records of funds applied for and grants awarded; manage a calendar of application and report deadlines.
· Work with the Marketing Office and Finance Office to provide funding information for promotional purposes and to report gifts and grants received.
· Researching prospective Trust and Foundation supporters and assist with the identification of potential sources of grant funding.
· As required, assist with the production of case for support literature for funding applications.
· Gather briefing and background information for face-to-face prospect meetings.
· Assist with cultivation and stewardship events as required.
· Assist with donor needs and requirements, including booking of tickets for shows for higher level Vanbrugh members and Major Donors.
· Working with the DoD and Fundraising Associate to increase the number and value of Vanbrugh supporters annually to agreed targets, ensuring regular communications with donors and Vanbrugh members to enable them to recognise the importance of their support including the quarterly newsletter, Centre Stage.
· Stewardship and cultivation of the Guardian Angels, the theatre’s regular giving scheme for lower-level donors. Working with colleagues aiming to increase the number of Guardian Angels annually and increasing their base level donations.
· Work with colleagues in Box Office, Marketing, Catering and Front of House in the facilitation of events for the department and encourage and support a culture of fundraising within the Theatre.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the highly motivated Development Team at Wales’ leading producing theatre, Theatr Clwyd, following our major capital redevelopment. Working closely with the Capital Campaign Director and Head of Development, the Trusts & Foundations Manager will maximise income from trusts, foundations and statutory sources to support the company’s strategic priorities.
Purpose of the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Development, the Trusts and Foundations Manager is responsible for developing and delivering a strategy to support the growth of income from trusts and foundations to support the organisation's revenue needs and special projects. The development team at Theatr Clwyd are responsible for all philanthropic donations to the organisation including the Music Service and William Aston Hall. They have an annual revenue target of £480,0000, commencing financial year 25/26. This will be made up of mixed income from trusts and foundations, individuals and corporates. The team comprises a Head of Development, Trusts and Foundations Manager, Development Assistant, and is supported by a Development Director with some responsibility for major Trust and Foundation fundraising (revenue plus special projects, which sit outside of the department’s core fundraising priorities).

Prospectus is delighted to partner with a leading and innovative London-based theatre in its search for a temporary Assistant to the Executive and Artistic Director. This pivotal role will provide essential support to the organisation’s joint CEOs, ensuring the smooth operation of the Executive Office.
This is a full-time, temporary position (35 hours per week, 10 am–6 pm) requiring five days per week in the theatre’s central London office. The role is set to start as soon as possible for approximately 8–12 weeks.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Assistant to the Executive and Artistic Director will manage the CEOs’ complex diaries, balancing competing priorities to maximise their time effectively. About the role
The core purpose of the role is to ensure that TripleC’s output (whether on social media, on our website, in our marketing materials etc) is attractive and accessible for DDN people with a range of access requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong creative flair and a passion for digital and storytelling alongside proven expertise in marketing and communications.
The Marketing and Communications Lead plays a crucial role in supporting TripleC’s engagement with:
- Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent (DDN) creatives including professionals who work in the arts and screen industries, and DDN young people and adults in the community;
- Our audiences (at webinars, masterclasses, workshops, live in-person events);
- Our industry stakeholders (eg theatres, broadcasters, producers, arts organisations);
- Our funders (eg Arts Council England, National Lottery, ScreenSkills); and
- The press and media.
Essential criteria
- Commitment to TripleC’s mission to drive up the role of DDN people in the arts and screen industries and the role of the arts and screen in the lives of DDN people.
- Understanding of and belief in the inclusion of all staff and stakeholders irrespective of race, gender, sexuality, age, access requirements, economic background, or lived experience.
- Professional experience in/knowledge of Marketing and Communications.
- Excellent communication skills to create compelling, creative and persuasive communications.
- Previous knowledge of/skillsets in content creation for a company or organisation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and take responsibility for own workload, handle multiple priorities, and delegate workloads and workflows to others.
- Excellent IT skills including use of Google Drive/Docs, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of/skillset in creative project software/platforms such as Canva
- Solution focused.
Terms
This is a permanent, employed (PAYE) role.
The core contract is for 3 days per week (22.5 hours). We also offer paid overtime from time to time by mutual consent.
There will be a probationary period of 3 months.
Salary: pro rata 3 days a week (22.5 hours) £25,740 (£42,900 full time equivalent)

As the senior finance business partner you will work closely with the Commercial Director, providing financial insight and influence to new initiatives.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the senior leadership to strategize on income opportunities, analyse value for money and return on investment in relation to partnerships and advise key stakeholders accordingly
- Develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders and work in partnership with other teams providing data and analysis relevant to the business strategy.
- Use data from various data sources to understand historic trends and use this information to create financial models and presentations to inform budget decisions.
- Undertake monthly reviews with budget holders to review income and direct costs and feedback to key stakeholders where necessary.
- Create income and cost Key Performance Indicators and research other organisations to measure performance.
- Provide timely and accurate monthly management accounts including income and expenditure, balance sheet reconciliations and Key Performance Indicators.
- Prepare budgets according to timelines in discussion with the team and Chief Financial Officer.

This is a full-time, permanent position, requiring five days per week in their London office.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive and Governance Coordinator will manage the CEOs' complex diaries, balancing competing priorities to maximise the efficiency of their time. Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Office, the postholder will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships internally and externally. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills are essential, including the ability to draft high-level stakeholder communications on behalf of an executive team. You will also bring a proactive and flexible approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment. While a background in the arts or charity sector would be advantageous, it is not essential.

We are looking for an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Financial Controller. This role will lead on external financial reporting, VAT and corporation tax compliance, and treasury management. This hands-on role involves preparing financial statements, working with auditors, and managing the financial aspects of capital projects to ensure budgets are followed. About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Controller’s main responsibilities include:
- As a member of the Executive Plus team, contribute to the leadership and implementation of the strategic direction of ENO.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Financial accounting team, to achieve departmental and organisational objectives.
- Manage the preparation of all financial reporting and tax compliance.
- Ensure that risk and compliance management is embedded and operational across the Division.
- Coordinate monthly review of the Balance sheet and undertake reconciliations where relevant.
- Work with the CFO/CEO, Director of Strategy & HFBP to prepare and present funding requests, including NPO submissions.
- Oversee preparation of financial statements, management of statutory audit and disclosures in accordance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Preparation of Theatre Tax Relief claims, working with external advisors to ensure the accuracy of the return and advising the business on actions to maximise eligibility of spend.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax obligations .
- Prepare/ supervise preparation of the quarterly Vat return ensuring that partial recovery methodology is operating correctly and remains appropriate to changes in the business model . Review the returns annually and undertake the annual adjustment.
Who are we looking for?
We’re seeking a qualified and experienced finance professional who is confident working in a busy and varied environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A formal accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Strong technical finance experience, ideally in a complex organisation.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to work well with people at all levels.
- A proactive approach to managing priorities and solving problems.
- Experience in the arts, higher education, or charity sectors (desirable but not essential).
