We are excited to be seeking a talented and motivated individual to join Southampton Hospitals Charity as our Database and Insights Officer. This will be our first dedicated database role and will provide the right candidate with a rare opportunity to help configure and oversee the delivery of the Charity’s new CRM.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and compliance of our Beacon database. You will maintain and enhance our database, clean, process, and import data from various sources, provide database support to colleagues across the organisation. You will be flexible, able to work under pressure and manage a busy and sometimes competing workload.
We are looking for an individual who is as passionate about data as the work we do as a Charity to join our Operations team. This role will be key, as we launch our ambitious new strategy to grow our income, reach and impact. Working across teams, the database and insights will help shape and guide our key marketing campaigns, fundraising initiatives and impact reporting.

We’re looking for a Supply Chain and Administration Planner to join our team at the Royal British Legion, helping keep things running smoothly in our warehouse. In this role, you’ll be managing stock levels, processing purchase orders, and making sure goods are moving in and out of the warehouse efficiently. You’ll also work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor to support daily tasks and help plan in-house stock production.

The system administrator role is responsible for managing and maintaining the server and network infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance. The role involves administering Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure services alongside local and cloud-based network devices. This includes supporting IT operations and also projects developing systems and services to support the Sadler’s Wells group. The post reports to the Head of IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert-level technical support
Including design, troubleshooting, and architecture skills in support of Sadler’s Wells and their systems.
- Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server operating systems and the virtualised server infrastructure on-premise and in the cloud, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS solutions. - Experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Networking skills at a level commensurate with a Cisco CCNP and System support skills equivalent to an MCSE.

The post holder will be fully involved in all aspects of the day-to-day management of their designated service, including line managing the relevant front-line staff. You will lead and develop competence of direct reports as well as carry caseloads of customers requiring support. You will work closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the service delivers on all targets, both financial and those around the quality of the service.
Heaney Hub implements and promotes the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) model. This is an approach to supporting people out of homelessness, particularly those who have experienced complex trauma or are diagnosed with a personality disorder. It also considers the psychological needs of staff: developing skills and knowledge, increasing motivation, job satisfaction and resilience.
Team Leader position to work across 5 services within the Heaney Hub scattered sites.
Hours of work is 40 per week Monday to Friday, but on some occasions there may be a need for you to work at the weekend if required.

What you'll do:
- Lead and motivate your team to ensure the championing of and maintenance of a positive local culture within your service
- Deliver effective supervision, case work management and team meetings with staff and ensure that information, reporting and communication
- Responsible for the personal development of staff, identifying high performers and feeding into the organisation's succession plans
- Ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) required as part of the Contract are met and recorded correctly
- Develop key business relationships with all appropriate relevant customers/external parties to ensure service delivery excellence and maximise new business opportunities in own patch
- Participate in and monitor the initial and continuous assessment of needs and ensure that support planning is carried out in line with assessed needs of the customer

About the role
The Data Team Manager will be responsible for ensuring high quality data collection, reporting, quality assurance, analysis, and maintenance of Drive programme data, including data collected via the projects Case Management Systems. They will be responsible for excellent internal and external relationship management, supporting the delivery of high-quality data and information. They will manage delivery of programme design, delivery, interpretation and training on datasets and associated analytical techniques.
The post holder will deputise for the Head of team, where appropriate, attending meetings and liaising as required with external partners, stakeholders, and front-line services. As a Housing Assistant you will be expected to contribute to the efficient and effective administration of the Supported Housing Department and work closely with the Tenancy and Income Management Officers and the Housing Management Team in order to ensure that a comprehensive, sensitive and efficient housing management service is delivered to our tenants.
You ill also work as part of the Housing team to ensure a seamless service is provided across the income, housing management and maintenance functions of the department including liaising effectively with internal departments, landlords, and external agencies in relation to Housing Management matters.

The Special Events Officer will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a busy and varied schedule of events in the final year of the Stop MS Appeal. This position provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth execution of events, contributing to the achievement of the £100m target for MS research.
