Job Description
Quality Assurance
- Deal with external and internal enquiries
- Work closely with Industry Engagement and Partnership team to deliver industry-led (external) accreditation in a timely manner
- Lead the materials ordering process, including the distribution of certificates and badges to regional offices and external partners
- Take the lead on external partner feedback surveys, student data requests and observation reports, working with partners to ensure their completion and return
- Manage Quality Assurance data dashboards and work with the Head of Impact to provide evaluation and impact statistics for external Industrial Cadets accreditations
- Liaise with the Marketing team to update Industrial Cadets and Quality Assurance partner materials (such as certificates and information packs) on a periodic basis
- Perform an internal Quality Assurance moderation process three times a year to ensure consistency of delivery from internal teams and escalate any feedback where appropriate
CRM Support
- Be a Hubspot ‘super-admin’, acting as an initial point of contact for internal staff queries, making changes to the system and escalating queries internally and to external partners where appropriate
- Manage the support ticketing process for Hubspot queries
- Support, and eventually lead, weekly online Hubspot drop-in sessions for internal staff enquiries
- Perform data quality audits on Hubspot, ensuring data is entered consistently by teams in accordance with their processes, cleansing data where appropriate

The Contactless giving Fundraising Team sits within the wider F2F Fundraising and Individual Giving Team
This important role entails working with the Trusts regional teams as a Team Leader within the wider Face to Face (F2F) fundraising team In this particular instance this role will have a focus on championing our Contactless Giving Workstreams across the regions, with the support of their face to face fundraising colleagues.
They are responsible for delivery of our contactless giving programme and ensuring that they are able to setup a maintain a varied programme of workstreams by sourcing and providing key technology and tools to all of the Trusts regions. You will help drive delivery of the agreed Team and individual targets and KPI’s for the region(s) with a particular focus on Contactless Giving.
This role will work across the regions as a dedicated national support and will be required at times to provide hands on coaching, training and support regionally to drive ongoing engagement and enthusiasm for the programme. They will also support the Regional Face to Face Fundraising Managers to identify and business case potential future opportunities when required.
You will play a significant role in supporting the day to day management of our contactless giving income stream by supporting our F2F Fundraisers, regional colleagues and volunteers, ensuring our Values & Behaviours and performance excellence standards are met on a consistent basis.
Location & coverage
You will be working remotely and should expect to spend more than 50% of your week out on location meeting with your fundraising team across the region.
There is an expectation of working some weekend days at our key regional events, spread over the year and being a part of the weekend Contactless Giving management rota, which denotes working at least one weekend per month.
As a remote worker you will be assigned one of our main hub spaces as as your formal base
Relevant hubs include: Leeds, Ellesmere Port, Burnley.

Key Accountabilities:
- Work with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager to devise robust strategies to achieve weekly & monthly volume and quality based fundraising targets, particular focus on Contactless Giving within the regions, Museums and attractions and our F2F Fundraising teams.
- Develop contactless fundraising techniques with the Contactless Giving Fundraising Manager that improve income generation for the Trust.
- Support the Face to Face fundraising management team with reviews and business casing of future fundraising opportunities for the face to face & regional fundraising programme.
- Ensure management of key contactless giving channels including devices, signage, branded clothing and collateral all contain contactless donation touchpoints across the network.
- Adhere to the IOF and Fundraising Regulator Code of conduct.
- Handle all sensitive and data protected information obtained by donors as confidential and in a safe and secure manner in line with the Trust’s GDPR and Security Procedures.
- Ensure regular Compliance checks and training sessions are delivered to the F2F team and Regional colleagues, particualrly around Contactless Giving.
- Clear, regular and timely communication with the Team and all members of the senior management team.
- Nurture and maintain positive relationships with regional colleagues to support delivery of F2F fundraising priorities, engagement and training; particularly contactless giving programme.
- Coach and mentor team members in the region and support the maintenance of performance targets and improvements where needed.

The purpose of this job is to provide administrative support in the Branch so that the volunteers have what they need to provide the service that supports our callers.

About the Role
As the HR Administrator you will build good relationships with the wider staff team and be a friendly and knowledgeable source of advice for all queries relating to employment, leave recording, recruitment and leaving processes. You will support the HR Manager with day to day tasks, such as collation of payroll materials, recruitment tracking and maintenance of staff files and records. As a key member of the team, you will be the primary user of many existing processes, and will be able to identify when and how systems need developing or updating to be more efficient.

You are passionate about people's wellbeing and understand that people work best when they are given the opportunity to do what they love and can be successful in. You appreciate order and logical systems and processes and are skilled at both using those systems and explaining them to others. Programmes Administrator (Greater Manchester & Other Regions) £22,000-£25,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Full time role (37.5 hours) with an initial 6-month fixed term contract continuing subject to funding.
Remote working, with the option for hybrid working (two days working from home, two days in the office in Manchester, and the remaining day up to you).

About the role
The Programmes Administrator will be in charge of the smooth running of 1MM Mentoring Programmes in Greater Manchester and other regions, including the supporting of mentors & mentees through their journey. By ensuring a fast and effective onboarding process, timely communication, and ongoing support for our participants the Programmes Administrator will assist Regional Managers and/or the Head of Delivery with maximising the positive impact of 1MM’s mentoring programmes. This role reports to the Head of Delivery.

Remuneration and benefits: Salary bracket of £22,000-£25,000 (pro rata), up to 6.5% employer pension contribution and 25 days holiday per year (pro rata).
