The Role
The Supporter Journey Team is responsible for delivering world-class behavioural journeys for our charity partners.
You will ensure that we are continuously providing the best supporter journeys in the sector by designing, building, delivering and optimising omni-channel behavioural journeys at scale, in turn delivering value to our clients.
Working across both Social Mind and Social Sync, you will join an existing team reporting into our Campaign Manager and you will ensure all our charity partners and their supporters receive personal, bespoke communications to maximise fundraising for our charity partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and Development:
- Develop comprehensive, integrated journeys for supporters across multiple channels.
- Ensure these journeys are behavioural and provide a great stewardship experience for supporters.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of supporter journeys.
- Analyse key metrics to assess the contribution of these journeys to overall goals, for example, email open and click through rates.
- Optimisation and Supporter Experience:
- Identify areas for improvement within existing journeys.
- Propose and implement enhancements based on testing and learning outcomes.
- React to key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint opportunities for journey improvements to help drive campaign performance and income.
- Make data-driven decisions to refine and improve the journeys.
- Commit to delivering a high-quality experience for all supporters.
- Address and resolve any issues impacting supporter satisfaction promptly.
Skills and Knowledge
- Experience of designing, creating and delivering outstanding supporter experiences that increase engagement, fundraising rates and average value.
- Ability to understand our charity partners objectives and translating that into exceptional supporter experiences at scale.
- Ability to analyse data and make recommendations that improve fundraising and the supporter experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience of writing stewardship copy and ability to adopt different charity’s tone of voice.
- Experience of using communication software.
- Be comfortable operating in a fast paced start up environment, working efficiently at pace with available resources.

The Peer Support Coordinator will play a critical role in the delivery of Day One's Peer Support Service. The primary objectives are to ensure a high-quality service is delivered to our beneficiaries; to develop our regional peer support model; and to facilitate a positive volunteering experience for our lived experience volunteer team. Responsibilities will include the day-to-day coordination of peer support activity. The postholder will contribute to building a diverse volunteer team by supporting the volunteer recruitment and induction processes. The Peer Support Co-ordinator will monitor service delivery and volunteer activity to ensure it is operating within agreed policies and processes. To ensure we can evidence the success and quality of the service, a key aspect of the role will involve keeping accurate records of interventions as well as collecting regular evaluation/impact data and personal case studies.

Day One is a young, ambitious national charity dedicated to supporting people impacted by serious or multiple injuries which could result in life changing consequences such as disability or death, referred to in the NHS as ‘major trauma’. Our Caseworkers work alongside NHS Clinicians, embedded as part of the team within Major Trauma Centres and across the wider Major Trauma Network to provide practical, emotional and financial support to adults and children as well as their families and loved ones. The Finance Manager role is a newly created role which is being introduced to strengthen the organisation’s financial management and control systems. The postholder will work across the breadth of the finance function preparing internal management accounts and external annual accounts.
In 2024, Cord changed its finance system to use Business Central. The Finance Manager will become the organisation’s main ‘admin’ user of the finance system. In the near-term, there will be a particular focus on rolling out further functionality of the system.
The Finance Manager will have oversight of the UK finance function through the line management of the UK Finance Officer and will directly deliver on the international side of operations in the areas of donor compliance, programme financial management, partner financial monitoring, and reporting. The role will involve travel to international programme locations.

- To support the Head of Operations to provide finance team leadership, develop and deliver an annual finance workplan to ensure continual improvement, and to drive finance capacity across the organisation

About the role
As a Chapter Member at the National Deaf Children's Society, you'll be in a Chapter of like-minded and skilled specialists, experts, and emerging experts. Chapters are self-organising, and every member has a vital role to play, sharing their skills, knowledge and experience and learning and developing together. Led by the Chapter Lead all Chapter Members will value and respect each other's contribution and learn and develop collaboratively.
This role will design, implement and manage systems to ensure that fundraising and marketing activity is of a high quality, complies with relevant legislation and sector codes and is consistent with National Deaf Children’s Society policies.
You will carry out a programme of detailed quality assurance activity and monitoring to identify areas where improvements can be made and provide fundraising teams with recommended actions. This work has a particular focus on the management of telemarketing and face to face recruitment.
You will prepare reports for internal teams and stakeholders and provide support and guidance to fundraising staff in relation to compliance and what is required of them.

Kinship care often begins in crisis. A child has parents who are unable to care for them, for whatever reason. It can be frightening, confusing and heart-breaking.
Instinctively, a loved one steps in – a grandparent, brother, sister, aunt, uncle or family friend. They are now a kinship carer, bringing up the children they love. There is often no chance to prepare. Plans may be pushed aside. Relationships, jobs and savings are frequently sacrificed.
It is life changing and challenging raising children who have been hurt or neglected, but kinship carers do it anyway because they put the children first.
We know how hard life can be for kinship carers, but we have seen the amazing things they are capable of, with someone by their side. With the right support, children raised in kinship families can flourish.

About the Team
The Peer Support and Community team at Kinship is dedicated to enhancing the lives of kinship carers across England and Wales by delivering the first national peer support service. With a focus on building and sustaining networks of peer support groups, the team aims to empower kinship carers through access to resources, training, and development opportunities.
By fostering connections within local, regional, and national ecosystems, the team plays a vital role in ensuring that every kinship carer has access to a supportive community.
As part of our commitment to growth and impact, the team develops innovative approaches to peer support, creating an inclusive environment where kinship carers can share experiences and access essential services. We prioritize collaboration across various departments, ensuring that support group leaders receive high-quality advice and training, facilitating their sustainability and effectiveness. This integrated approach also includes alignment with national and local campaigning efforts to further engage and support the kinship carer community.
In line with our strategic focus on cultivating a vibrant Kinship Community of over 10,000 carers, the team leads initiatives aimed at enhancing community connection and empowering kinship families. By developing a robust model of community engagement that encompasses both in-person and digital services, the team aims to amplify the voices of kinship carers, enabling them to effect meaningful change in their lives and communities.
About the role
This role is community-based and focuses on engaging kinship carers, bringing them together to form Peer Support Groups, and supporting them to achieve independence at which point they will receive ongoing support from our national Hub.
You will do this by working with local authorities, schools, other charities and community groups. Arranging information events such as coffee mornings to engage kinship carers. You’ll create a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive community for kinship carers, building belonging, resilience, and empowerment.
Funded by the Department of Education, the National Peer Support Service is a game-changing service that creates a sustainable and life-changing legacy. It builds on Kinship’s 10 years of experience in developing peer support groups and two years of delivering a national service that has set up 145 new groups.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking an individual located in easy reach of Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire, who possesses the drive, passion, and skills to:
· Develop new Peer Support Groups across a diverse range of communities
· Demonstrate the energy and enthusiasm required to achieve key targets and objectives
· Work collaboratively within the Peer Support and Community Team, as well as throughout the broader organisation, to ensure the development of safe and effective support services for the kinship community.
· Maintain current Peer Support Group levels, taking the lead from the national Hub.
· Maintain accurate records that are used to populate reports, identify learning and share key insights across Kinship that allow the organisation to continuously improve our services and products.
You should have experience in developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with various community-based stakeholders such as local authorities, health services, schools, charities, and kinship carers. You will need to understand the key success factors involved in establishing and developing new in-person groups in areas of high need, as well as how to support existing groups in their journey towards sustainability.
As a practical thinker, you will work creatively to identify stakeholders and assets in areas of high need. You will build local connections and bring together kinship carers across the region, empowering them to build resilient and robust peer support communities.
You will be confident in building relationships that generate referrals from external stakeholders and in contacting kinship carers directly to secure engagement with local coffee mornings, community, and training events that will help kick-start a thriving peer support group.
As you establish new groups, you will provide support and training to help them lead their groups effectively, and develop their group culture, resilience, and skills to function independently while offering reassurance and support to empower them.
We are ideally looking for candidates based in easy reach of Greater Manchester and South Yorkshire. Key development areas for this post will initially include; Oldham, Bury, Tameside, Doncaster, York and the East Riding of Yorkshire. You may be required to support the development of groups in North Lincolnshire. This role may also involve work to establish groups on the periphery of this area that currently have no dedicated Development staff.
An essential requirement of the role is to be a driver with access to a vehicle for work purposes.

About the role
This role is community-based and focuses on engaging kinship carers, bringing them together to form Peer Support Groups, and supporting them to achieve independence at which point they will receive ongoing support from our national Hub. We are seeking an individual located in Greater London, and willing to travel across the South East of England who possesses the drive, passion, and skills to:
· Establish new Peer Support Groups across a diverse range of communities
· Supervise a small team of Peer Support Development Officers

About the role
Many people who use our services can incur additional risks of abuse and exploitation because of their personal circumstances and experiences including mental illness, trauma, and violence. Some people may have been subject to abuse in their country of origin or on their journey to, or since coming to the UK. Whilst we support beneficiaries through our services and activities, additional action may be needed to prevent and respond to potential or current risks.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Deputising for the Designated Safeguarding Officer and working with them to develop and implement a robust Safeguarding Strategy within the charity.
- Reporting to the Corporate Safeguarding Board on the implementation of the safeguarding strategy, current organisational safeguarding risks and mitigations to ensure robust safeguarding governance and culture in the charity.
- Convening the Safeguarding Managers Forum to review the implementation of the policy and procedure and share and develop best practice.
Flexible working
The role is suitable for job sharing and partial home working. Attendance at meetings and in-person training in London, Leeds and Sheffield is required.

Prospectus is excited to be working exclusively with Lupus UK in their search for a Finance and Resources Manager to take lead responsibility for the effective and efficient day to day operation of the organisation's finances. This is a part-time (4-days a week), permanent role offered remotely, hybrid or office based.
Lupus is a chronic autoimmune disease which is uncommon, complex and poorly understood. It affects the immune system and can cause lasting damage to the kidneys, skin, heart, lungs and/or brain. Lupus disproportionately affects women and people from Black African, Caribbean, and Asian ancestries. Around 50,000 people in the UK are thought to have lupus (approximately 1 in 1000).
LUPUS UK is the only national charity supporting people living with lupus and those that care for them. We hold an ambition for a world where people with lupus can live full and active lives. We work hard to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support, so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively.
Reporting to the CEO, the Finance and Resources Manager will ensure the effective, accurate and efficient day-to-day management of all financial matters, including preparing monthly management accounts and cashflow forecasts. The postholder will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and analysis to the CEO and Board by preparing and presenting finance papers. Additionally, the postholder will lead on the relationship with Landlord, HR, IT and legal service provides. The Finance and Resources Manager will play a full role in the senior leadership team, contributing to the overall development of organisational capacity.
To be successful, you will have considerable experience of day-to-day financial management in a comparable role. You will have detailed knowledge of accounting principles and proficiently in accounting, with an accounting qualification beneficial, but by no means essential. You will have demonstrable charity sector experience, including strong knowledge of Charity SORP, gift aid claims and restricted/unrestricted charity funds. You will have excellent communication skills, able to be a strong team player and contribute to the overall development of the organisation.
